i also got my offer letter. SHELL has saved me from the frustration I got from other oil multinationals. I learnt that SITP is fantastic and I can't wait to meet all ya wonderful people there.

Thank God for we that have gotten ours and I believe people that have not gotten negative feedback are still likely to get called for good. Lets pray for our brothers and sisters.

I was on SRD on 23rd october.

Good news to those that did on 22nd, YOU ALL PASSED. The SRD manager told us that. Infact, he mentioned a guy guy that wasn't too outspoken but still made it.

He also talked about days that all of them failed but he didn't mention the dates.

Was there any feedback on 24th concerning 23rd?

One more thing, if you are coming from a far place, dont mise, take flight as all your tickets will be paid for TO and FRO. Just keep the tickets.

Hi people, I had my interview on thursday. the first is a group exercise, in which yu are expected to work with other team members to partition the outlines of a building to be use for an automobile manufacturing coy. Speak out very loud, dont jump and you shouldnt neccessarily be the first to talk. contribute wisely and dont be too controversial.
The second is analysis presentation, you are required to study a material and then present your view to a panel of two. Its about a coy that wants to opens a new restaurant and is considering two locations. you have facts and figure to use, choose a location and use points to support your views.
The third is a 1hr interview, its about who you are, how you can be a team player, your personal life experiences will show them who you realy are. Just be yourself, the men are not intimidating, they will give you time to talk. Its good you start remembering the best things you have done in your life.

I am an Electrical engineer scheduled for 28th of this month at federal palace, lagos. I only got a non detailed call, no mail. Please i want people that have the letters to give us the details of the attachment that described the session. We are at this stage because we are all greatminds and God is backing us. We need to continue in coorperation the way we started so that even at the induction we can identify and appreciate ourselves and then be best of friends at the fed palace hotel where we'll be lodged initially.

From what I have read and found out about assessment centres, candidates are not competing against themselves but against the set standard. This is to say that If every member of a group meets the standard, they can all be taken and if they all miss it, they can all be rejected.

I also got the mail but never knew its a telecomm coy. Its for management trainees so i think it should be just aptitude. I would not be able to attend the test cos I have lng 2nt test in abuja on 3oth. Do you know the telecomm company? I need to know if it worths night journey. Thnx man
