I believe artistes should start suing these silly bloggers.. Imagine working hard to create a name and brand just for one gossip blogger to tarnish it with fake news.. Sue the hell out of them after all Linda has the money to buy a multimillion dollar house, she will definitely have money to settle any lawsuit. This will go a long way to put bloggers in check.

Celebrities / Jidenna Pens Letter Addressing Criticism He’s Received For Recent Comments Regar by Shadbay(m): 10:56am On Jul 19, 2015
I am, always have been, and always will be proud ofmy Nigerian heritage,” Jidenna writes

Jidenna recently recalled feeling unsafe while attending his father’s funeral in Nigeria.During an interview with VladTV, the “Classic Man” artist revealed that he had to take AK-47s as protection, even going as far as having to employ military personnel to ensure his safety during the trip.

After the VladTV interview was published, Jidenna received a wave of criticism for his comments, with people believing that the Wondaland Records artist was portraying Nigeria in a negative light. In response to this criticism, Jidenna posted a letter titled “To All My Nigerian Brothers And Sisters” to hiswebsite, addressing his comments and using the platform to discuss Nigeria as a nation.

Jidenna’s letter can be read below:To all my Nigerian brothers and sisters…I am, always have been, and always will be proud of my Nigerian heritage. I understand the pain and anger caused by some of the comments I made in a recent interview, and I wanted to address you directly. Contrary to popular belief, this interview was not the first in which I mentioned Nigeria. In fact, I’m frequently bragging about how Nigerians attend the world’s most prestigious institutions, and how we are known to produce world class doctors, entrepreneurs, innovators, lawyers, engineers, professors, athletes and artists.

Unfortunately, people tend to leave these moments out, and, in this case, highlight stereotypes. I would never do or say anything to intentionally disgrace the legacy of my father nor my fatherland. But to not relay my own story, both the good times and the bad, would be a disservice.

My name is Jidenna, which means “to hold or embrace the father” in Igbo. It was my father who gave me this name and who taught me countless parables, proverbs, and principles that made me theman I am today. These same principles helped me towrite the record “Classic Man.” When I brought home a 98 percent on a test, my father would say, “ah ah, where are the other two points? Go and get them, then bring them back.” My father and Nigerian culture has always stood for excellence. While the majority of my childhood memories are beautiful, I also have experienced the challenges that Nigeria has faced since Independence. When I was 5 years old, my family was robbed at gunpoint, my mother was beaten, family members were kidnapped, and I was shot in my foot. As is the case with all kidnapping, targeting those who are perceived to be wealthy is the objective. In this instance, my father was the target because of his prominence in the community. This was a traumatic experience for my family that would shape our entire lives and our experiences in both Nigeria and America.

As a little boy, I swore that I would never let that happen to my family again. As my father often said, “Once you’re bitten by a snake, you‘ll beready to shoot a lizard!” At the time of my father’s burial 5 years ago, my family in the villagewas concerned about increased targeting for kidnapping since the rate of abductions had increased dramatically in the area we are from. We were traveling from America, which along with our biracial appearance, had the potential to attract attention and pose a threat to our security. In light of what happened in the past and the tense climate at the time, my family took precautions to ensure our safety. This was not an uncommon protocol at the time. I recognize incidents such as these are not unique to Nigeria or the African continent, and there have been significant improvements in the region since this period. In the recent interview to which I’ve been referring, I shared my family’s experience traveling from the States back home for the burial. In this interview, I used the term “light-skinned.” When using this term, I was actually referring to my immediate family’s mixed or biracial appearance. See, no matter what language I use to describe my heritage, I’m certain that someone will feel some kind of way.

This is a larger discussion not meant for this statement, but certainly derivesfrom our colonial past and postcolonial present, andin the States, from the days of slavery to the present times. My comments about skin tone were related to the notion of perceived wealth and value, not my personal beliefs. My point was never to imply that biracial or “light-skinned” people are the only ones or the most targeted group of people kidnapped, or that I myself was wealthy at the time. Rather than focus on my perceived value, let us continue to focus on the value of Nigeria.

There is no question that Africa is playing a pivotal role in the future of our planet and that Nigeria, with it’s booming economy and burgeoning middle class, is a driving force. I will continue to play my role in the Renaissance taking place in Nigeria and Africa at large. We may not agree on everything, but know my heart is your heart, and my experience is part of our collective experience.

Health / Man Set To Undergo World's First Full Head Transplant by Shadbay(m): 4:06pm On Apr 08, 2015
A man with a fatal medical condition hasspoken exclusively to MailOnline about how he is set to become the first person to undergo a head transplant and hopesit could be as soon as next year.

Valery Spiridonov says he is ready to puthis trust in controversial surgeon Dr Sergio Canavero who claims he can cut off his head and attach it to a healthy body.Mr Spiridonov, 30, a computer scientist from Russia, said: 'My decision is final and I do not plan to change my mind.'As a lifelong sufferer of the rare genetic Werdnig-Hoffman muscle wasting disease, he says he wants the chance of a new body before he dies.

'Am I afraid? Yes, of course I am. But it isnot just very scary, but also very interesting,' said Mr Spiridonov from his home in Vladimir, a city 120 miles east of Moscow.

'But you have to understand that I don't really have many choices', he said. 'If I don't try this chance my fate will be verysad. With every year my state is getting worse.' Dr Canavero and Mr Spiridonov have talked via Skype though they have not met yet and the doctor has not reviewedhis medical records.

The Italian told CNN he has received many email and letters from people seeking the procedure but he insists the first patients will be people suffering from a muscle wasting disease.Dr Canavero has named the procedure HEAVEN, which is an acronym for head anastomosis venture. Anastomosis involves the surgical connecting of two parts. He insists all the necessary techniques already exist to transplant a head onto a donor body.

The first monkey head transplant was performed 45 years ago and a basic operation on a mouse was carried out inChina recently. But critics say Dr Canavero's plans are 'pure fantasy'.

The Italian has been compared to the fictional gothic-horror character Dr Frankenstein. And Arthur Caplan, the director of medical ethics at New York University's Langone Medical Centre, has described Dr Canavero as 'nuts'.

Dr Hunt Batjer, president elect of the American Association for Neurological Surgeons, told CNN: 'I would not wish this on anyone. I would not allow anyone to do it to me as there are a lot of things worse than death.'The cost of the 36-hour operation, whichcould only be performed in the one of the world's most advanced operating theatres, has been estimated at £7.5million. The new body would come from a transplant donor who is brain dead but otherwise healthy.

Atlanta-based Reverend Creflo Dollar, head of World Changers Church International, is no longer directly asking for money for a private jet
However, the 53-year-old multi-millionaire has kept the donation portal on his website open, so the faithful may still throw money at the cause
Dollar preaches 'that God wants to bless the faithful with earthly riches' and the church has about 30,000 members
Has appealed online for 200,000 people to donate $300 so he can buy Gulfstream G650, worth $65 million and favored by billionaires
Says the plane is essential for him to 'reach a lost and dying world for the Lord Jesus Christ'
The founder and leader of a controversial Atlanta-based megachurch has taken down his online appeal for 200,000 people to each donate '$300 or more' so that he can buy a $65 million private jet amid a media backlash.

Reverend Creflo Dollar, 53, is the head of the World Changers Church International, a Christian ministry centered around the prosperity gospel, which preaches that God wants to bless the faithful with earthly riches.

The televangelist, who is one of the most prominent African-American preachers in the United States, last week put a five-minute video up on his website asking for donations for a Gulfstream G650 - which claims to be the fastest plane ever built in civilian aviation - so that 'World Changers Church International can continue to blanket the globe with the Gospel of grace'.

Open palm: Reverend Creflo Dollar of the World Changers Church International wants 200,000 people from across the world to each donate '$300 or more' so that he can buy the world's fastest private jet
News of the plea broke soon after it was posted, with snarky headlines aplenty, including You Better Fly Commercial, Creflo Dollar, Jesus Wants Me to Have This Jet and Creflo Dollar Needs a Fancy Private Jet.

The webpage, as of Sunday afternoon, had been shuttered, WXIA first reported. However, the faithful may still donate to the cause via the World Changers donation site, which remains open.

Dollar - who is known to own two Rolls Royce's and multi-million dollar homes in Atlanta and New Jersey - last hit headlines in 2012, after being arrested for allegedly attacking his 15-year-old daughter.

Goal: Dollar wants to spend the $65 million he hopes to make in donations on a Gulfstream G650 business jet, a plane favored by billionaires that bills itself as the fastest plane built in civil aviation

Among the billionaires who own a Gulfstream G650 are Steve Jobs' wife Lauren Powell Jobs, Wynn Resorts CEO Steve Wynn add Nike co-founder Phil Knight.

There is a long waiting list for the aircraft, with the next round of planes not due until 2017.

According to the Creflo Dollar Ministry's website: 'The ministry's current airplane, was built in 1984, purchased by the ministry in 1999 and has since logged four million miles.

'Recently on an overseas trip to a global conference, one of the engines failed.

Arrested: The Reverend was charged in 2012 for allegedly attacking his teenage daughter
'By the grace of God, the expert pilot, who's flown with Creflo for almost 20 years, landed the plane safely without injury or harm to any passengers.'

Religion / American Pastor,Creflo Dollar Arrested For Stealing Church Funds To Buy Mansion by Shadbay(m): 11:30am On Apr 06, 2015
ATLANTA–Evangelist Creflo Dollar has chosen to back out of his campaign for a new private jet amid backlash. “There is no campaign for ajet,” and there will be no campaign for a jet in the future, says Juda Engelmayer, Dollar’s publicist.

Dollar came under fire for asking his congregation for $65 million earlier this month to fund his private jet for traveling to evangelize.”If all of our existing partners were to sow $300 each, from all over the world, we’d beable to acquire this jet in a very, very short period of time,” says Rick Hayes, project manager. There was once a video but it has since been removed. But leave it to our social media and digital world, there is a copy of it on Youtube. But the campaign was probably just asmoke screen.

According to his supporters Dollar, has just purchased a beautiful $8 million home in Georgia. Although he is worth 27 million of his own money, according to sources; he has had a long standing ‘building fund’ for a new hi-tech church right outside of Atlanta.

Creflo Dollars HomeThe problem is, where the church was once surveyed to be built is not where a church stands today. It’s his new mansion.“He got us going with all his talk about a new and improved church that would create jobs and would make his church goers safer, but that was obviously untrue.” said one church member who wanted to remain anonymous.

It was said the Dollar’s plan was discovered by his members, but at that time it was too late. ground had already been broken on the new facility and funding was about complete.

One member who found out about the mess, actually called the authorities on Creflo and filed a police report stating that he had physically taken the money from the churches safe.

Creflo turned himself in (Evident by his mugshot) and was released when the charges were rescinded.“I am not sure which is crazier—that Dollar insisted on being treated like
the king of a small country, or that his church-owned PR firm didn’t realize this inane fund-raising plan would backfire,”
