No, you still have to apply for visa. I have both UK and Schengen visa.

The only difference is you don't have to prove unnecessary home ties to convince them you will be coming back. Both my visa applications, I didn't provide any tour itinerary. I just Said in my application I'm going for sight seeing.

This is coming very late as applicants have done test and assessments.
For now nobody is able to login to their accounts. Most applicants got mails with the email they used in registering

You are fine, nothing is wrong with ur phone. the latest Samsung UI is always transparent on the notifications. If you look well you'll notice the colors are from the icon. That's how the UI is
