Jesus came to give not collect. He gives salvation. Many churches, particularly the orthodox churches don't collect tithes. They depend on freewill donations. Now, no prophet would or has prayed with similar words. None would say these in prayer to God if they were not true! Moses called Him a Prophet in the sense that the Spirit will be upon Him just like He was on Moses (see Numbers 11:25), though Jesus' was superior- without measure (see John 3:34), and that by the inspiration of the Spirit He will speak the very Mind of God.
