Any Xiaomi Phone on AliExpress you see Global ROM is a Chinese Version with Global ROM.

The worst is Multi-language, In most cases you see this on Phones without an official Global ROM, Just know you are getting a fake ROM that can't be updated. If you read the description you will get most of these infos
