You need to research fully where you will stay...Rio and São Paulo are the most expensive city to live in South America, and it would be easier to stay in a smaller city, if coming just for the birth. If you decide to stay in Rio, you should search for place to stay in either Zona sul or Barra.

Lastly, wherever you stay in Rio, you are never too far from a favela, and although some are ok to live in, others ain't, so make sure to confirm that t he area where you are staying in isn't a favela.

although it is a fantastic city, sadly there is a recession here too, as many public workers haven't received their salaries, so crime is on the rise

Most definitely... Any emergency, you can just walk in any public hospital and you will be treated (no questions asked)
For pre natal care, best go to a private hospital.

Stay away from Rio as the state is going through one of its worst corruption scandal to date and the city of Rio is broke and can't pay it's workers, (April salary was just finally paid last week) thus many hospitals are on strike or closed due to lack of workers/meds.

I'll suggest you follow the recommended dosage on the bottles of both Ecoslim and Mason Fat Burner. I've never used Ecoslim but Mason Fat Burner is 2 Capsules 3x daily after each meal.

Dear you need to ask question ooh. Don't follow your doctor blindly so you're be sure he's doing the right thing. He was supposed to let you know how many follicles you produced and the dorminant sizes.
Truth now is Clomid must have worked for you, since he asked you to bd. But you don't have much information on your system's response to it. Sole function of Clomid is to make you ovulate and not get you pregnant. So not getting bfp doesn't mean it didn't work.
I prefer doctors that follow up on the tracking to confirm the eggs were released. So I'd say if yours refuse, you can confirm from another lab a day or two after the expected ovultion. At least to be sure all went well on the cycle especially if hcg was not used. Hope you're using a fertilty specialist. Clomid day 1 to 5 isn't common. From day 2 or 3 is as they said to be sure you are on full flow before starting. While from research they said from day 4 above will give better quality but lesser follicles so most doctors use it for those that want to limit multiples . All the best.

How did you respond to the Clomid? How many follicles and their sizes? Did you monitor and did timed bding? Did you confirm how many ruptures? There are different ways to run natural medicated cycles since your dh's count is ok. Talk with your doctor about using hcg shot to trigger ovulation. It works better and gives you easier timing. Another thing you'd consider is your fertile mucus. How slippery is it? This will help you determine whether You need to boost it. As a matter of fact, that's major reason some doctors suggest iui for unexplained infertility should in case the mucus is hostile to spe.rm

I only took clomid from day 1 to 5 of my period. I didn't take note of any ruptures. I took it as prescribed by my doctor. He tracked my ovulation nd told me d dates to bd with hubby. That was how I used it on d two occasions I took clomid. I didn't get pregnant, so I avoided d drugs cos I did not want to abuse it.

My tubes are patent. I have done hsg. I will try iui. I have a sister who got pregnant thru ivf after 8 years of marriage. That's d reason 4 our impatience. Thanks 4 ur kind advice.

why not try a medicated iui instead. It works for most unexplained infertility. Meanwhile, hope you have gone for a second opinion to confirm. You can also talk to your doctor about timed bd while using ovulation induction drugs with trigger.

I have used closed 2wice. I just have a feeling that iui might not work cos of d reviews. Ivf is still certain compared 2 iui. Hubby is becoming impatient as well. Thanks.

Hello mamas. I have been a silent reader 4 a while. I'm just fed up of this ttc. Hubby and I concluded on going 4 ivf. I want to know which is better between Georges and Bridge Clinic. I'm also seeing promo for Garki hospital. I don't mind oo. Anything to save cost. How good is Garki hospital compared to Bridge and Georges? Pls don't mind my plenty question cos i m just a novice. I'm glad I found this great forum. Both d ttc and ivf thread are amazing. God will put an end to our ttc soon.

The values you posted are within the normal range. 50% Motility is a good value and in his case it's very good because of the count. What it translates to is 20million Motile Sper.m when some people actually have a total count of 20million and Motility of 50% which would mean just 10million Motile sper.m.

So no need for it then. "Don't fix it if it ain't broken" I believe what you're seeing is the seminal fluid which contains dirts etc that normally flows out of every woman after intercourse. If you're too worried, you can try the old wives tale of raising up your leg supported by putting a pillow under your bum and staying that way for about 30mins. Although what my Dr recommends is to lie down on your side either left or right for as long as possible he says it works better than the raised bum one. Do you have a good luteal phase? Has your husband been tested? If no issues on his side, then just relax and pray for it surely will happen. If not let him get tested since you've been confirmed ok all round.

Thanks so much fvine. He's has done semen analysis. Motility is 50 percent. My doctor said he need at least 70%. Don't know how true that is. Count is 40 million.
