Mikespecialone:Thanks. I use an iPhone too. Let me try it. |
If it's actually chicken, it's a wonderful deal. It's so cheap I suspect vulture Don't mind me oh! Meanwhile, what kind of dirty place is this that you placed it on? |
Mikespecialone:Not quite unfortunate. Thank you. |
Mikespecialone:Lol Bro please how can I get this Naira symbol on my keyboard? |
sreamsense:Mention any Igbo that has carried it on his head or you go drink water. |

I must read it all. We die here. Here are the points I'm coming up with: 1. I blame the Nigerian media for continuing to reinforce the fake relevance of low lives like Asari Dokubo. When he was running his mouth on this issue where he lacks authority, I was disappointed that his hackneyed views were reported by some national newspapers. Now, watch as his overbloated arrogance will not let him apologize for insulting the Oba of Benin so callously even after hearing from someone with a stronger authority on the matter. 2. There is evidence that an expedition was sent from Benin, there is evidence that they were conquered because there was an obaship in place. Even if they did not have anything and just sent an expedition to conquer, when someone conquers, he takes over the land and property of the conquered territory. There is nothing stringent but there are still some courtesies that are exchanged between the two kingdoms. And if a new king is being crowned in Benin, the Oba of Lagos will have a vantage position as a son of the soil within the context of the ceremony. Apart from that, everybody is independent in his own right but we enjoy a lot of goodwill. Whatever is between us now is ceremonial and more of courtesies. At first, this woman appeared to say that the Bini people lost their authority over Eko through a conquest sustained. Again, she seems to talk as if there is an ancestral connection between the present day indigenous Lagosians and Bini people. 3. Whatever be the case, let's be more forward-looking than backward-looking. Let's prioritize the future over the past. Let's find ways to build cities a thousand times better than Lagos instead of arguing about who owned Lagos. After all, even if the Binis were the first to settle there, they neither created nor purchased the land. |
I was on Facebook when someone posted this photo and added that "drinking garri will never be your portion". I wonder why people think that drinking garri is a sign of economic hardship when you can actually spend more on it than on many other food types. As for me, no matter what happens - even if I am elected the Governor of Kogi State - I can never stop enjoying "Otto" with gnut and milk. Or, could this be a queer taste I acquired from attending a boarding school? Who else is with me on loving this food? Meanwhile, kindly share a guy name you have for seaped garri in your part of the world. As for me, in my boarding school, we called it "Otto" and we practiced "soak and travel" to add value to it.

So HIV is still around? What about Covid? |
SouthEastFacts:Stop this nuisance. I'm Igbo too. Stop making it look like Igbos are stupid. Where do you make such a policy? In your state or in Lagos? Tụfịakwa in eternum! |

The minister who noted that Nigeria is abundantly endowed with gas reserves, said the situation where some of the multinational firms were more concerned with gas exports without dedicating huge volumes to the domestic market was unacceptable and should be discouraged. We have it in ABUNDANCE then... We lack it. Then, the government continues moving to set up a committee... Say, why does everything become so difficult here? |

Even if they run, they'd still come for them. The Best approach, I think, is to fight back. Go to court, protest, etc. |
Let the war start. I can't believe Gov Obaseki is not performing after getting so much support from Edo and across the country. |
Stockholm. |
So. " The legal icon pointed out that there was tension, unrest, anxiety, pressure, confusion, hatred, anguish, pain, distress and transferred aggression among many people. That transferred aggression part is very real oh. And, it's contributing hugely to the insecurity in the country. If you eat only once in a day, there must be someone around who thinks you are too rich because he/she eats once in two days. |
If you are good and fair offline, you can never need to seek relationships online no matter how ugly, poor, or deformed you are. I stand to be corrected if you think I'm wrong on this. |
Defenders on the bit. And, did Tinubu help the previous Government to come to power or not? Did Tinubu not say he is continuing from where Buhari stopped? |
FreeStuffsNG:We know you're paid to defend the rot online, but try to be reasonable doing so. So, in your evaluation, OAU Ife, University of Benin, University of Uyo, UNIZIK, etc are "small universities"?!? You are too lazy to read and you jump in talking trash. |
Why is Nlfpmod doing nothing about this? People need to understand a lot from this. |
CoronaVirusPro:You call this bunkum and balderdash all in an effort to defend your God. We know that every country (including UK) is battling its own problems. But, why is there an exodus of Nigerian doctors to the same UK? Over 14,000 of them left in less than a year. You don't need UK but soon, your god will get sick and fly to the same UK. You see, it is natural for humans to be ashamed of wrongdoing. But, when you get to this level of shamelessness, you've lost your humanity. You've become a beast. Bigkoko:UK is worse off?!? Hmmm. Do you really mean this? There is no level of stupidity supporting Tinubu cannot lead you to. A country is worse off but your presidents go there to beg for everything and your best citizens keep 'escaping' to that country? We know you guys are paid to do this odd unfulfilling job on Nairaland. But, try amap to sound a bit reasonable. |
INDOMIE9090:Well done sis. Looks like you forgot to tell us where in Ogun State that SMC is sited. |
I have seen my fellow Christians who think that technology is the product of the Illuminati or some other Satanic underworld. So, I want to ask, don't you think that Jesus Christ would have used a computer if he lived physically in our time? After all, he used transportation tech available in his days on Earth (such as boats and a donkey). Don't you think that the wisdom that built tech is from God? Why do some Christians attribute such beautiful things as tech to the Devil? Nlfpmod please.

femi4:I can't see any change in nomenclature there. I see a qualification like when you guys say Allah, the Mighty, the Benevolent. We are qualifying Him as Christ, the King of the Universe among his many attributes. If you have any other question about this, feel free to ask me. |
femi4:Which change in Nomenclature? |

Mynd44:@the bolded. This is one of the major reasons why Nigeria is not working. We prioritize many things (such as party affiliation and tribal identity) over our welfare as a people. Party man party man, and we are all being herded to the grave by party men. You just added the part about PDP structure making more difference than Obi to appear objective. But, should you have compared Obi with PDP or LP with PDP? Which party structure is more grounded - the one where the average Nigerian worker should belong (LP) or the one we have tried for 16 years and it failed us (PDP)? This is why I will always say that the so-called Obidients are the most honest Nigerians to ever grace the Nigerian political landscape. Across age brackets, party lines, tribes and religions, people like Shehu Ghazali, Aisha Yesufu, Pa Ayo Adebanjo, etc supported one man without prior discussion and with zero inducement. Yet, some perjured minds try to insinuate that Obi was an Igbo project. Yet, when Igbos disapprove of some of their own like Hope Uzodinma or Ike Ekweremmadu, or support those from other tribes like Obasanjo, Yar'adua, and GEJ, these perjured minds are nowhere to be found. You see, if my house burns while I am chasing rats, I'd be a very foolish person. Here in Nigeria, most of us are like people whose house is burning and they are foolishly chasing rats. Let's continue to chase rats and turn around to wonder why the country is not working. Mtch! Back to the topic, I have always admired the current Ooni of Ife for his humility and bridge-building talents. In our discussions, I was deeply moved by the Ooni's unwavering commitment to being a bridge builder, fostering connections and understanding amongst diverse communities.. Most of his younger subjects need to learn wisdom from him. |
