Just make a thread addressing the issue of creating a new username and I'd pass it on to the Admin, not forgetting a valid reason - excuses like you just want to change it cuz you suddenly woke up feeling like another username will not be considered.

you're still yet to state a reason for the change in username. And the reason why username changes are not allowed in Nl is for stability. Imagine that everyone could change their usernames at free will anytime they want - we'll end up not knowin who is who.
