The brother used an agent for the admission no he is been told by the agent that he can not defer the admission until he applies for study permit cos he needs a proof of the application to defer.
Pls did you apply for the sturdy permit before the admission was deferred

I am actually using 2 sittings had D7 in one and C6 in d other. But the agent submitted d one with D7 and he has requested for a copy of the other 2nd sitting possibly the school can reverse d condition. Thanks
