I started noticing some minor changes in my right breast sometime around October last year. But either due to oversight or just preferring to live in self-denial, I paid no mind to it, thinking it was a temporary thing that would clear away in no time.

It did not clear away and the lumps seem to have slightly increased. Although they remain painless.
Could these be a symptom of male breast cancer? Am I in trouble?

I would be going to the hospital on Monday to see a doctor, but I figured it wouldn't hurt to hear from the medical pratitioners in the house. Please, I need your expert opinions on this issue, and I've attached some photos to facilitate better judgement. Thanks.
