His staying as VP is to give everything he has in him to make a better Nigeria. He can't run away from trying his best. I have been to UNILAG & UNIUYO and didn't fail any course but only in NOUN that i have failed and carried over a course.

Just take this word of advice "do not underrate NOUN".

Guy you are saying this out of frustration, if you went to other universities in Nigeria, there is always an update on courses. NUC always introduced new things into syllabus. Do not complain. During my 400l in one of the federal universities in Nigeria, a new course that year was introduced to us and it was made mandatory before we can graduate. funny enough it was 100 level course.
NOUN is the cheapest university ever in Nigeria. Full semester may cost you 50,000 with TEXTBOOK not HAND OUT and no extra fees of departmental, faculty etc. Mind you that 50k will be an expenses for both tution, exam and course registartion.

I did my masters spending less than 200,000 naira both transportation cost. PLS counter by words and give me proofs.
