I watched the episode where Ojy and Rufai talked about BKO’s words about how the SOE that suspended governors under Obj administration were unconstitutional.

Ojy was never disrespectful to BKO, Rufai on the other hand was kinda rude, but Reuben Abati called him to order several times. Ojy only had difficulty pronouncing BKO’s name, which is understandable because she’s Igbo and appears not to know how to speak Yoruba properly.

The president doesn't need a 2/3rd majority to pass the State of emergency. He only needs a simple majority of the National assembly according to Section 305 3d of the 1999 Nigerian constitution as amended. However this does not give the president the power to suspend an elected governor. That's executive overreach and would very likely be struck out on appeal at the supreme court.
