I'm yet to submit my Visa Application...

Can my cousins stand as sponsors for me ? One is here and the other in US. The one here would be making commitment of a certain amount that would cover my first semester fee and remain some balance in my account, the one in US would only supply me with all necessary documents for sponsorship. Can this fly??
Also, can I still submit my parents documents?

Difference between SOP & LOE

SOP - Statement of Purpose
The theme of a SOP is geared more towards the first time visa applicants. In this case, the applicant will more likely talk about how the advance studies is going to complement past academics and how it will brighten up the future career scope. In addition, various other topics will be addressed such as capability to finance studies & living cost, why particular program, why Canada, why particular institution etc.

LOE - Letter of Explanation
The theme of a LOE is geared more towards the re-applicants (after their visa has been rejected in past). In this case, the applicant will start first-half of the letter by explaining what went wrong in previous applications and on what ground it was rejected. How those issues are addressed in the present application. In the later part of the letter the usual SOP stuff goes in.

On the IMM form, where information about Tuition is being asked, am I to input the total fee for one year as stated on Notification of Acceptance or just the tuition fee on the breakdown, excluding the differential fee and the mandatory medical plan fee or the total amount for the 2 years program?

I was trying to book an appointment on Qlife family clinic website and after picking a date, a notification popped up that if I don't make payment that means I haven't booked a date yet, ( something like that Sha) so, I had to make the payment through monnify on the site and I got a receipt on my mailbox, but I didn't get anything as regards the appointment booking. Please how do I go about that?[b][/b]

You will have to plan you medical screening, make booking online, travel down to Lagos on the day of your appointment.
Book at Qlife or IOM, pick a time that will accommodate your travelling, go for your screening afterwards, you can travel back.

Go with either Qlife or IOM, it is easy to book online with Qlife, for IOM, you will have to send a mail to book I think.

Q Life Family Clinic around 40k and I did the medicals May 2021, drove there so I used google Map

Yes it has to be in either Lagos or Abuja , when I did mine , I did in Lagos had to book for around 11:30 so I left Ibadan early got to hospital around 11:05 finished around 1:30 and landed back In Ibadan around 5PM
