The judge said not admitting to the evidence made his guilty plea unacceptable and when the charge was again read out to him, Hasan pleaded not guilty.

Deputy public prosecutor Siti Khadijah Amir Hamdzah opposed bail for the offence.

However Hasan's lawyer Zolazrai Zolkapli said the offence is bailable, hence his client should be freed depending on the trial's outcome.

Bail was refused by the judge, and Hasan will return to court for mention on December 24.

I need help with my predicament. I just discovered a lounge where I normally hang out to watch sports and chill. In most cases, oral exams are given to all to ensure fair ground and most of the 2.2 students always do better than the 2.1 students. I graduated as a 4pointer but there are some of my colleagues who graduated with 2.2 that are so freaking better.
