So that was the tipping point. And yourTah, I don't see Any remorse in him!! He's only coming up now cos he's been cornered everywhere. USADA came with the report, his teammates all said they did it.. HE SIMPLY had no option than to admit what we all knew. |

Good one Tiwa. Someone needs to make Iro &buba fashionable again.... Girls are really going crazy these days with their dressing |
Nigerians are so down that we lack the smallest dignity or self-respect. When i travel, i present my ODC when asked for identification. It gets on them when they realize someone who works in the same environment as them can afford to book for air travel so i get my change in full... Either out of shame, jealousy or anger i don't bother to know... And the irony of it is people travelling willingly give tips without you asking when you do your job very well and nobody frowns on that. But eh, begging is a profession in Nigeria... My pay is good, asides that i'll never ASK |
Yeah, knew the WP7.8 devices would be pushed to the emerging markets in the end, pricing will become favourable soon. The flagship WP8 will try to compete in Europe and America; a two-way strategy to penetrate all markets by Nokia |
Much ado about Malawi... err, nothing!!! |
Sometime ago, Nigerians used to love and support political activists. these days Nigerians hate, criticize, and throw much animosity to them. Problem is there are few of them around now, few of them. The same people who make our life deplorable and worse play the RELIGION and TRIBE card now to achieve their goals while we blindly support them without ever getting anything of our "nwannem" "omo iya" "brother in christ" or "mallam" at the end of it all... That's just my opinion anyway, but ask yourselves - 1. Is the government doing the right things? 2. Are their policies affecting the masses positively or negatively? 3. If not, do we have the right to criticize them? 4. Are we afraid of criticizing because "we don't want to die" ? 5. If so, what about people ready to talk against the system that doesn't seem to be taking the right steps? 6. Are we supposed to support them? 7. Should we oppose them because they are not of our tribe or religion? 8. Maybe they should keep quiet because it is not their job or "calling" to speak up to bad leadership? 9. Is it really the job of some people or all of us to keep the government on its toes? 8. Or is it just right to support the INEPT leaders because they are from our part of the country or religion? The government is not a single individual, but it is headed by one person. He bears the criticism for inefficiency of everyone under him, because he gives them direction. So if Tunde Bakare (AND MILLIONS OF NIGERIANS subtly) criticize Goodluck, then something is not right with the government |

I don't blame him though, Lawrence Fishburne's daughter got all them black daddies scared... You sure wouldn't want your little baby girl riding a pole and putting it on tape, would ya? Might affect church revenue. Cash Flo Dollar had to do something |
Welcome to the Lagos Consevative Center, My name is Sisi and I will be your guide. What you see here ladies and gentlemen is the start of the mating call of higher primate. Confined to the wilds of the conservation center, the male primate knows he has limited choices, so he must do everything in his power to get his female mate before she lost to him forever. So he mounts her on a plank, uses his sturdy legs and some other big part of his anatummy to hold her captive. The puckering of the lips shows his willingness to swap spit with her, for the higher primate there no greater show of commitment than this. It is now up to the female primate to show if she willing to take on what he is offering. . .from the way her hands are firmly planted on the plank, instead of touching him. . .it doesn't seem like it's good news for the male primate. Hope is not lost though, the female primate is well known for her fickle mind, so don't be surprised that the next time you visit the conservation center. . .you are greeted with a sight of mini- primates. Next stop. . .The Mating Calls for the Pepeyes.
Seriously, who the PHUCK is this Sisi Kill !!!! I almost died laughing from the comment. .. Damn you witty ma'am!! |

Irritating mix of colours |
Goodluck Jonathan is not in my opinion. NIGERIANS are the greatest disappointment to Nigeria. In the year people changed their rulers themselves, demanded for change in government policy successfully or simply made their voices heard - Egypt, Libya, Bahrain, Occupy protests in the West, Syria still on after 9 months, Russia heating up on Putin. We had our chance to change the ruling class, WITHOUT VIOLENCE in the polls. All we had to do was vote en masse to send the ruling party scrambling out. Rigging would have been ineffective for PDP if only they voted for themselves. Even if two new parties had the votes, they would have formed an alliance. They would also be wary of the people who collectively voted them in since they would have the power to throw them out. But we allowed ourselves to be manipulated by the sponsored media (TV, radio, print, Beaf et al) with petty sentiments like religion, tribe, military this or that, the most appalling and belittling being a campaign based on GROWING UP WITHOUT SHOES!!!!! I still fail to comprehend how that makes one THE RIGHT PERSON TO RULE A NATION OF OVER 150million, a presidential candidate who couldn’t even attend a debate!!!! At the end of the day we voted the party that messed us up for years, the same party we all loathed just 3 months before elections. Even if the guy was competent, did anyone believe he would be able to do anything without influence from the rotten party? Now they’re sitting comfortably, so they’ll push anything at our doorsteps- new plate numbers, subsidy removal, tenure elongation, power degeneration, illiterate first lady etc.; more on the way though. WHY? Because they know we are fickle, easily manipulated and nothing they do will bring a response from us. Election time (3 long years mind you) they will come with another catchy phrase like FRESH AIR and we’ll all drool at them again. WHATEVER WE GET, WE DESERVE COS WE HAD OUR CHANCE. FRESH AIR ALLDAY, BABY!!!! ![]() NB: Sorry for my long epistle, please do replace “WE” with “YOU” and “OUR” with “YOUR” in the post. Thanx a bunch ![]() |
Majek Fashek - I'm not tired |
I don't mean to sound like a drug-pushing comedian buh, doesn't the prez look like Baba Suwe ?? ![]() |
I Guess it's become a sin to be careful with one's diction now. The so called presenters with fake accents probably got the job because somebody realized that they pronounced the ENGLISH words exactly the right way and they would not be associated with any tribe, which is necessary for someone who wants to appeal to the amazingly multi-ethnic Nigerian population. Some of you suddenly decided they were forming American accent, How many of you can actually distinguish an American accent from an Australian or South African or British accent anyway? I say this because i have fallen into that category of "forming" before. Why? I was brought up academically by Ghanaians who emphasize much on careful diction (even though i don't like to admit to Ghanaians), and over the years i've grown so comfortable with it i talk fast. Add those two together and someone comes once in a while saying you're forming "Yankee", Lesser, insecure minds i would say anyway. |
The topic was about Dame and out of the blues, someone brings Tinubu into it. Sounds like a subtle attempt to justify her actions by bringing an example of another possibly corrupt individual from another region of the country or a rival party. Tribal sentiments, party sentiments, Sentiments, the organ which Corruption thrives in. Corruption, the parasite that eats up our country mortally. |
Oga Obasy09, you know how to dream sha! |
I'd return it to prove i'm not a gold digger, but sadly most women are. **kanye in the background** |

CORRUPTION is the widely accepted reason why nothing works in this country. PDP, ANPP and ACN have evolved internal structures that have placed so much burden on any candidate of theirs. He/she simply can not pursue (not sure Johnny boy intends to do anything like that anyway) any anti-corruption campaign since all the culprits are leaders of his party. Projects will either not be executed because they have been awarded to party officials with a culture of impunity or because the success will put a stop to their profits indirectly (eg the NEPA and generator sales theory). From Buhari's experience with ANPP, they are not far off from PDP in principle. The brain behind ACN (Tinubu) is not the most decent politician, Ribadu has also shown from the Obj era that he will only move in a direction dictated by his superior regardless of how it affects the integrity of his goals. Buhari AND ONLY BUHARI is the only realistic candidate who is free from any Godfather influence and thus can proceed with any anti-corruption or nation building effort without bias or consideration of the gains of any other 'stakeholder', and that is not the only item in his manifesto. This i believe any well meaning president in the future will need to do anything positive for the country. Simply stated - we need to purge the system of corruption and start on a clean slate, BUHARI is the only aspirant that can clear it for us now. Not Ribadu, not Shekarau and DAMN NOT GOODLUCK RIBADU - Tinubu's influence, Tainted by Obj era SHEKARAU - Party bureaucracy, regional influence JONATHAN - lacks experience, uncouth, poor decision making, docile, malleable, lack of definite plans, and surprisingly dull for a Phd holder. BUHARI - Not influenced, determined, experienced, anti-corruption history and a clear detailed manifesto PS: anyone who supports PDP has either been benefiting from their robbing of the nation, scared of being held accountable for actions, does not realise that the next four years is in his hands now or is so stupid he has allowed religious or tribal sentiments affect his judgements. The time is now, THINK, VOTE WISELY AND PROTECT YOUR VOTE |
So much for his 'goodluck'. Guess they went there hoping it would ruboff on them. No plans for crowd control, sure all he had in mind was how to insult other candidates. Dumbest aspirant i've seen in years. May their souls RIP sha |
@MaziUche but your kinsmen were not all over Africa a hundred years ago. Dude its called Globalization. You can find anybody or anything anywhere these days not just the Jews of Africa. Or maybe the chinese are Jews of Asia too. I love your sense of unity, nationhood, togetherness, love of one another, yada yada. But sometimes you take things too far. Jews of Africa. Huh, made my day |
