Kwankwaso was able to win because of the fracas within CPC and the division in the old ANPP.
What you will see is a situation in which Kwankwasho will take over the political structure of Kano, while those who ruled for 8 years will realign under a new coalition against him. So the battle is for the soul of Kano political structure.
I see Mohammed Abacha being the ultimate champion in what will play out eventually.

Then let the battle for political soul of Kano begin.
I see Shekerau losing out in the end. But the ultimate loser will be Kwankwasho.

INTRODUCING KINGSWORTH ESTATE AND APARTMENTS HOME –OWNERS BUILDING PLAN

We are pleased to introduce to you Kingsworth Properties Investment Limited; developer of Kingsworth Estate and Apartments, New Nyanya, Near Abuja. We are an Estate developing Company with the vision of providing affordable and conducive accommodation to middle class of Nigeria society especially resident of the federal capital territory Abuja and its environ.

To ensure that we deliver on our vision and mandates, we undertook the development of a 250- Housing Units comprising Two and Three Bedroom Flats bungalow in New Nyanya. We however segmented our building plans in two to ensure affordability by prospective home owners at Kingsworth Estate and Apartments. New Nyanya is a suburb of Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, it is approximately 10 Km from Central Business Area of Abuja. The Estate land has title deeds of Customary Right of Occupancy and we have made application for issuance of Certificate of Occupancy by Nasarawa State Government.

The Kingsworth Estate and Apartments is planned to accommodate 250 Housing units: comprising 130 (One hundred and Thirty) units of 2-bedroom flats and 120 (One hundred and Twenty) units of 3-bedroom flats. Kingsworth Estate and Apartments was designed specifically for affordability of civil servants, businessmen and women as well as aspiring adults whose income is considered to be in the middle-class of our society.

3. 5,000 square meter plot of land at the cost of N5,500, 000 (Five Million, Five Hundred and Thousand Naira) suitable for 10 units of 3-bedroom flats
4. Commercial Plot of 10,000 square meter (1 Hectare) at the cost of N12, 000, 000 (Twelve Million Naira only) suitable for School


FLEXIBLE PAYMENT TERMS: We encourage a flexible payment pattern that will ensure payment and construction works are done with ease.

MORTGAGE FACILITIES:
We have established partnership with some financial institutions which are ready to provide finance for construction to interested off-takers. These financial institutions are willing to finance up to 80% of the total cost of construction and would require a payback period of 5 years.

Development Partners
Kingsworth Property Investment Ltd is working with Zheijiang Putian Integrated Housing Company Ltd of China to provide material support for quick and accelerated development of Kingsworth Estate and Apartments. This firm will provide Roofing materials, Security Gadgets Installation, Interior finishing: Wall tiles and floor tiles Doors and Windows fixes and Toiletries.

Power Generation:
Our aspiration is to ensure 24 hour supply of electricity in Kingsworth Estate and Apartments. In order to achieve this we engage the services of BestSun New Energy Company, another Chinese firm specialized in development of Solar Energy for electricity generation. BestSun New Energy Company will be handling our electricity generation through provision of solar energy. Their product is designed to last for 25 years and it comes with 10 years guarantee.

The idea of building Kingsworth Estate and Apartments, New Nyanya, near Abuja started this year. The journey so far has been challenging. As an insider and one of the member of the team that is handling this project, I am willing to share our experiences with you guys.
The reason for this is to;
1. Encourage other investors to provide affordable and low cost housing units for our populace.
2. To share idea with people handling similar projects.
3. To canvass for sale of our plots and houses
