Crop farming is a good too if u do your background work well just invest in annual crops, vegetables and u are good to go.
I like the fact that u can test the waters with little capital and watch what the returns will be like. Instead of investing millions on a car

What you have here (2008 toks) is perfectly OK (but you must be sure to do your due diligence). Also 2005 model is fine too. Please avoid 2006 model and also avoid hybrids

I have tried getting Civic 05 but I couldn't see a better one even toks and Corolla is too expensive now

Yes, very very advisable. You just need to stick with the right oil and change it at the right time. Many uber guys get a lot of ride requests, sometimes full day drive off uber app when they like your car. And trust me, I will like to be driven in a cozy ride like this than a bland corolla.
