Good day guys. I am an uber driver in Lagos. I got a tokunbo engine for my big daddy camry at ladipo early last month (JUNE 2026), unfortunately the engine isn't performing optimally and I requested the seller to replace the engine or refund me which he refused, I recently discovered that what was sold to me is a recoupled engine and not a tokunbo engine as claimed by the seller. Pls guys how best can I go about resolving this matter cos due to this issue I have not been able to use the car to work for about a month now. Advices will be greatly appreciated......thanks

How much did you pay for the engine

If youre asking sincerely; your answer is a big YES but if not tomorrow morning GO VERIFY!

50k to source for burner, cylinder, trays, space, before we even talk about the akara ingredients.

How?

Your ATM is truly compromised, someone has access to it and obviously using it to make online transactions. The advice is to block the card online transaction channel and that way, no 1, including you will be able to make any online transaction with it but you can do every other transaction with it.

Can 50k even start akara business?

You shouldn't use the word tired for a barely 3months old marriage, instead, you should look into providing solution to the issue.

It's too early to say you're tired.

Dshocker:
Oya wait till you have N50m

And who said you must have 50m, which route will 10m be enough for?

Dshocker:
With N10m you can move to UK or some parts of Europe.

This is how you people mislead others to spend their little money on travel process with no guarantee.

Looking for a Football Academy for my 7-Year-Old son.

Hello everyone, I’m looking for recommendations for a good football academy for my 7-year-old son.

I’m interested in a place that focuses on skill development, discipline, teamwork, and provides a safe and encouraging environment for young children, Alimosho area in Lagos state to be precise .

If you know of any reputable football academies, please share their names, locations, and any details about your experience with them.

Thank you in advance for your recommendations.

Contact fabs on IG, he has a team for children within that age bracket and he sometimes sponsors them to play in abroad

He should not forget to impose tax on the air we breath too

1.2m

Sir, can I know why mine is way too expensive compared to the person you charged 700k?

You charged me 1.2m and that's 500k difference, i know 100l is more expensive but is that the only reason you're adding additional 500k?

For the sake of clarity again I would like to state that.

1. Before any car is converted, it must be checked and certified good to go. It doesn't necessarily has to be because of the engine there are other astetics to check which includes wiring placement, previous overheating issues, booth space.(One of us here were turned down last week because of lack of booth space as regards his booth space being small for the type of cylinder he actually wants)
2. CNG doesn't stop the use of fuel just in case you're scared of any harm to your engines and wiring. (Tho some Oversabi actually locks their fuel line after installing)
3. There's actually more better plugs for CNG converted cars just in an instance the car plugs aren't igniting enough spark.
4. It is advisable to always have at 15Ltrs of fuel in your tank at anytime because you'll need fuel to lubricate your engine system as CNG is dry air thus it can not do what fuel will do in terms of acceleration.
5. CNG has high cleaner emissions, and ability to extend engine lifespan. it provides a more stable and cost-effective alternative to volatile petrol prices.

I can't go on with these as your pockets will advise you better. Yes it might be expensive from the surface but when you calculate what you spend on fuel monthly... You'll realize you most likely had used more that the conversion amount on fuel on just one month alone.

We're still open for conversion, maintenance and repairs. We've been tested a whole lot of time and has always been thorough with our client expected outcome.

After the race... We count the miles!

How much to convert big daddy 4plug. I'd prefer the 100l cylinder.

I’ve been thinking of converting my car (big daddy) to CNG, will it be a good move to convert it, and I need a very good installer that will first inspect the car properly to see if it’s in good condition for CNG installation. Also, how much should I be looking at to convert it.

This will be nice but how do they intend to channel rail system to the airport. Ikeja is already choked up with houses and businesses.

Hope the car speedometer is not in mile per hour.

Ooh, another angle....

@OP, confirm if the bigger number on your speedometer is higher than the smaller.

Or snap your speedometer dashboard to confirm it.

Dododudu:
Hello everyone,

I bought a 2008 Toyota Prius late last year. Because of insurance, tax, and other things, I left it parked for a few weeks. After about 3 weeks I began to use it, but every time I switched off the engine, I had to jump-start it to get it going again even after a 1-hour drive. At first I thought it was the cold weather.

I took it to the mechanic and it turned out the 12V battery was small and old. I got a new battery, and everything went back to normal. But now the car feels faster than before.

When I was driving at 70 km/h before, it felt like I was crawling. Now it's faster than before.

Recently, I used Google Maps to go somewhere I didn’t know. My speedometer showed 40 km/h in a 50 km/h zone, but Google Maps showed 60+ km/h with the red warning that I’d exceeded the limit.

With daily monitoring, I noticed when my speedometer shows 60 km/h, Maps shows 90+ km/h, and when it shows 70 km/h, Maps also shows 100+ km/h.

Is there a way to fix this without spending much as I don’t want to be a victim of speed cameras.

Before you conclude it's the car, try use Google map on 2 other devices to be sure
