Check the source and you'll see there is no price quotation, I've been following this news for days now,even listened to real agents all over the world appraise the value and it's not in anyway near $100m or even half of that,it's a renovation not a new house entirely.
It's showbiz, you have to think for yourself,this is just like the $160m jet y'all believed he paid for the other day before he finally explained what happened.

It's a renovation and it's definitely more than 10mill cos the interiors are antique and quite expensive, it could stretch to $20-25m

And it's not a new house entirely, he just demolished his mansion and built another one in the same plot,so he didn't pay for land ,that would have been very expensive. I hope he gets a good deal on it when he wants to sell cos this is very risky,you don't spend 50-60% of your net worth on a house you might never really live in,but maybe he is expecting something huge sha.

The owner himself didn't even disclose a price but trsut nairalanders who knows nothing about real estate to do it for him.
