From the signing of the Data Protection Act which makes it compulsory for every organisation in Nigeria to collate, store and provide data of every of your customers to the govt agency regulating data now to this, it is only someone who is naive who will think this era will not come after the burning of Lagos in 2020 by those unpatriotic elements hiding under Endsars.

No hiding place again even on Nairaland. All those commiting fraud, criminal defamations, forex change news manipulators and cyberbullying online will now be of risk interest to the banks.

This is a great effort in bringing decency to our society at large, not just to the financial sector, even romance scams and scammers will now be monitored.

I don't have issues with this but we are talking about massive social data on who's peoples hand and how's it's going to be used, who and who will have access to it and will it be at the interest if national security or some individuals personal interest.

With no visible house on sight, the bee will just fly around then land a deadly sting, we've chased them from 2 hives so far, any idea of what can be done? Sadly, I'm always their target.

Imagine the experience when you tried to open your door and you come one on one with a cobra snake in your room, not one but two mating on your bed. That was the scenario last week and this week another cobra killed.

We've lost chicken back-to-back, here is a YouTube short video of a hawk killed yesterday and tonight another cobra snake fell and landed on our pot of soup.

My boy were beginning to jittery and to lift their soul, I reminded them how we try hunting rodents weeks ago without any luck and now God blessed us back to back to back.

Preventive measures has been taken, pesticide sprayed, nearby bushes cleared and it's a better scene now.

Mr B built 10 blocks of 3 bedroom flats in lekki...

From the above matter, the rate of turnover of the oil and gas sold will determine the profit made by Mr A, while Mr B profit is fixed for the year..

I can even build ashawo quarters of like 40 rooms with 3k daily returns on each room in same lekki...40x3k is 120k daily x 25 days is 3million naira monthly x 12 is 36 million...meanwhile normal house will never give you 36 million naira yearly...

Money that is meant to start a mini factory will be used in building big houses that will end up being locked up because nobody is staying there.. all over Abuja, you will see them even in south east...
