Radiator is leaking....na so I dey pour water anywhere I go.
Was broken by Kasim working on my AC. Now AC is chilling but coolant is leaking.
No time to fix it.
We are blessed with very wonderful mechanics in this country who will always fix one thing and spoil another.

Was still Governors loyal to APC that refused to save to rubbish Jonathan and embezzle funds.

What many people don't know is that ironically, it was the Governors hunger for money that made Jonathan president when it was clear Yaradua can no longer perform.

Money was available for the Governors to share but there was no one to append his signature as C in C, they quickly brought in the doctrine of necessity via The national Assembly and made Jonathan president.

OK let's go back to pre- Nursery.

Before a car is built/ manufactured. Engineers will first fabricate a metal frame(its like the skeleton in your body)
This metal skeleton in cars is called platform or chassis.

This car skeleton is sometimes shared by different cars from different auto makers or shared by different models of the same auto manufacturer.
This is done to save cost.

By the Grace of God Almighty I have completed my house and its up for rent.
I am a new landlord with zero experience with tenants.

I've heard stories of troublesome tenants who will not want to pay for rent when due and will disobey rules at will.

I am aware that the tenancy law favours the tenant more than the landlord. I am not in a hurry to give any of the apartment to any tenant yet because I've not figured out how to deal with the tenants.

Pls friends, what is the best way to handle my tenants so that they won't give me problems?
What rules can I give them and how will I enforce the rules without hurting any of my tenants?

- From 1961 to 1964 Buhari Attended the Nigerian Military Training College (NMTC) which was later renamed The Nigerian Defence Academy. Currently the NDA is equivalent to BSc in Nigeria, infact you have to write JAMB/UTME to gain admission into the NDA, with cut-off mark, as high as most Federal Universities.

- From 1962 to 1963, Buhari underwent officer cadet training at Mons Officer Cadet School in Aldershot in England. This is a one year course equivalent to a UK masters degree. (Most UK masters are 1 year course).

Buhari (class of 1980) attended the US Army War College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, in the United States, and gained a Masters Degree in Strategic Studies. Upon completion of the on-campus full-time resident program lasting ten months and the two-year-long, distance learning program, the United States Army War College (USAWC) college awards its graduate officers a master's degree in Strategic Studies.

I dont know who is now the dullard. If in your ignorant unintelligent mind, you think anybody can attain the position of an army General at 40 without obtaining at least a masters degree, then you must be the most ignorant and uninformed lazy Nigerian youth available.

Have you asked yourself why Buhari was appointed Platoon Commander of the Second Infantry Battalion in Abeokuta after his NDA?. People with BSc, which rank in the army do they start with, even if they are recruited via short service?

Forget this useless argument...the law says you must have a minimum of SSCE to contest for the office of the president and Buhari doesn't have it. QED.
