Uyo is close to PH though and yes I've noticed this PH influence in the town because of mass influx of PH based students to University of Uyo. But to me Uyo is still very very peaceful despite what you said about 40 cult gangs in the city. When I first arrived I was shocked I could walk around by 12 am without anybody telling me who goes there? Unlike my home state Bayelsa.

Am a very stubborn person and am kinda proud(to some people tho)but the truth of it is that am very confident of my myself. Brother, please listen to me brother. The benefits of weed smoking is very short lived. However the consequences can be long term. Trust me when i say this. You start having memory loss, making bad decisions....thats a fact! The long term effects can also be overcome, but it takes determination and God's grace. Simply put, smoking weed is not worth it! It is absolutely not worth it. Even including eating the weed (Edibles).
I turned to weed when i was 32 years old because i had trouble sleeping (Insomnia), after i had used over the counter sleep aids and prescription for a while which didn't do much to alleviate my sleep issues. From there, i started using regularly...before i knew it, i made a barrage of bad life decisions (relationships) and it started changing my personality (I became short fused). Let those that have ears listen, IT IS NOT WORTH IT. Smoking weed or even trying it opens up a can of worms. Luckily i am not addicted to it because i don't go and seek it. The trigger for me was when i would be around people smoking it (If i have been drinking), then i succumb to it. Now i even stopped occasional drinking and i have cut out friends and acquaintances that smoke weed. Keep away from anything that dulls the mind. Another reason i had turned to weed back then was because i had a very active and imaginative mind (I think a lot)...I saw that as a burden rather i should have tamed it by using mindfulness techniques...Weed was a way to help me dull my mind a little....Until the dulling of the mind almost ruined me.
I am glad i made my "rebel" decisions to try weed at an older age, i cannot imagine if i had tried it when i was in my twenties. That would have been a disaster due to my predisposition to having an obsessive nature. The mind is a terrible thing to waste! ANYONE HERE READING THIS! IF YOU LOVE YOURSELF, STAY AWAY...LEARN FROM OTHER PEOPLES MISTAKES UNLESS YOU LOVE TROUBLE LIKE I DID! .

Like i said i stopped puffing a Long time ago.I only have the urge to smoke when am with my friends which we haven't hang out for a long time.. I think am more of a recreational smokers.

There is the DIY and the official method. I will tell you just the DIY.

Empty a tea bag of its content by cutting away closely at the top so you can have enough space to dip.

Pour your cannabis into the open tea bag, make sure it is finely grind. get a cup of hot water and dip your tea bag with cannabis into the cup.

make sure you are holding it at the tip top. Wait for a couple of secs and take it out.

dry your cannabis and for later use.

you can drink the tea with milk and sugar if you will.

note: the effect of consuming cannabis this way comes much later than smoking it and it much stronger. Make sure you are not driving or operating heavy machinery.

Making tea out of it actually strong menh,if u ain't use to it you will sleep the whole day and you eyes will be very red..bloodshot eyes..

Have actually stopped weed smoking tho,but tbh weed also has it own advantage..let stop talking as if it that bad..I know lot of great ideas and decisions i made when I was high and how it benefited me..the only issue is just the smoke that affects the lungs. That was one of the main reason i had to quit and plus I hate involving my self in anything the police will always disturb u about cause i hate police alot.I no dey even want get interactions with them talk more of begging them"oga abeg na abeg"because of weed...thanks to God
