You Are Where Using GPRS? With hundreds of posts relating to GPRS on various networks!! Uhm, it's not that I don't believe you all but: I have tried Vmobile GPRS at Berger / Omole / Snake Island & Nigerdock but there is no signal, been trying for over 2 weeks!! If you can receive a GPRS signal's let's here from you, which network are you sing and where you are. |

I've been using this for about 7 day's now with no problems, send sms from your pc to mobile phones free. After your 10 sms's you will need to re-register!! Abit of hassle I know but it is free Go to www.smsdriver.com |

A big thanks to nairaland, with all your post's I have eventually set up my internet connection, well I say it's set up. I can browse on the vmobile CSD, when I change to the GPRS setting it appears to be searching, after about 40 secs it displays a message that the wap gateway settings are wrong (Should not be as i've checked with posts on nairaland). I presume that it is due to no GPRS being available in my area of Lagos. Can anyone advise, I have tried the GPRS setting in Omole Phase 2 Lagos (Home) and Nigerdock (Work) but no joy. Is the GPRS system still up and running? Anyway!! My main reason of posting is that now I can browse i think it would be a good idea for people to list their favorite wap sites they use, let's get a directory going. Please list your favorite wap sites including why you like them. Seun - Good work keep it up!!! I will post my favorites later today!! |

dominobaby  , I am a British guy and have been in Nigeria for over 7 years, I met my Nigeria wife on the internet and have not looked back ever since. Can anybody assist me with the wap setup info for the Nokia 6820, I've gone through the threads and tried using the info supplied including the wapgprs to 184 but still the phone say's No connectino available. I have tried both at NigerDock and Berger in Lagos. Is the system still running? Thanks in advance  |

Hey Peeps, I was stupid enough to leave my brand new Sony Ericsson P910i on the bar for a few minutes and it was stolen on New Years Day!! I've been searching to buy a replacement ever since and can not find a suplier in Lagos. Can anybody point me in the right direction. Cheers  |
