einsteino: Please house i need informed advice. i had all my mind set on university of alberta but as it is U of A isnt offering taught masters program and i dont think i am ready for the stress of research based masters. i stumbled into MUN(memorial uni) and the tution there is really cheap but one thing that scares me is its position on the world ranking (601) compared to U of A that is 96. my fear is, would i be able to secure a job in canada easily with a masters degree from MUN... Naija man talk be that.... when no be say na MBA u wan do... bros... its a level playing field... U are ok with MUN... |

I'm a registered nurse currently doing my midwifery bt I ll graduate in march and I wuld really love 2 live and work in canada. Plus I heard nurses make a lot abroad, pls I need someone to assist me in the process of makin dis cum 2 pass. I don't know hw 2 go abt it mysef. I ve tried 2 bt I'm jst running around in circles I nid help.... Look into schooling here first.. same field... cos believe me... most people that come in with their nursing certificate from naija end up going back to school... I even have an older sister in the same boat... so... look at schooling... Humber College/University of New Brunswick.... those are the best nursing school combo in Canada... |

akanni: @Siga,Chrigo,Saxwale and other correct people over there with years of experience in Canny, in ur personal opinion, will you say a career in agriculture will pay bills in canny and leave extras? my line has been finance with agric background and i am presently in an agric unit in my place of work for naija.I am not thinking of a career switch at the moment, need to upgrade but i aint really a nerd, so,please indulge me and revert biko nu....All careers in Canada pays bill.... be it JANITOR.... it depends on how good u are and what level u plan taking it to.... Look at any certifications in your field that exist in Canada and acquire one or two.... Employers look for what u have to offer immediately... besides... Agriculture is a good field anywhere... |
ChriGo: ....Which of the colleges rejected ur 2.3 CGPA?.........They are in trouble... Chrigogo will fight them ... sue them join... |
Aloaye: Life in Toronto, came through Air France....thank God for journey mercies na higher higher we go dey go by God's grace. Where I go see cheap clothes around here? Would walmart be cheap?... Walmart is good... Then if u are close to Yorkdale... Ask for where Orfus Road is... Thats good as well.... Enjoy |
saxywale: True....but not everyone can combine the rigorous nature of academics with Job. Don't make it sound so easy. I have been through that route as well. m sure you sabi book well well... I no see where I said its easy my brother... But, when u come from a polygamous family... The way u take get the visa sef... Na God ... And u get rent to pay, bus pass to buy, Food and Tuition... No one go tell u before book go enter ur brains after working all night... Just thank ur Stars that u are lucky... At least u guys have the opportunity to work... We had nothing like that ... and na Max. 1yr PGWP ... |
lovesavvi: Gud afternoon, I can see all the Big bros around, Siga, chrisgo, saxywale. Pls dis my question my sponsor SOA is 5.1 million nd is happen to be my sister. With different surname cox she is married nd am thinkin to add a co sponsor which also my sister with different surname too. Am I gud to go with dis?... Add on... u are good... just ensure u put something that shows their maiden names to prove they are ur sisters... |
saxywale: In fact, if possible... I would advise that he stays off job during school terms. Academics in Canada is not beans. Their citizens dey study wella and not push over in academics. it's best to focus in class and come out with good grades. I believe jobs should be left for school holidays..... Bros... when u have enough money in the bank to sustain u or better still ....money dey enter from Naija wella... u can say that.... When I was in school.... I worked my behind off... leave work 7am in the morning from working overnight ...then run enter class ... The day I left naija... No one send me kobo... I was told... U are on ur own... with thousands of tuition left to pay... But all Praises to God... Came out excellent in school and landed my job a month after school... So, it depends on individual situation bro... not all man be chop money ooo |
kcluv2men: Bro,how much can you make on a minimal level every month if you had a factory job?.... Bro... u can't work more than 20hrs during school but during breaks u can work full time... so, it depends on what rate u get from the job and how many hours u put in.... |
PlayPays: I think it's now easy to get a new one. I helped someone with the app last week. After the online app and payment he went there on appointment and They're going to mail him the passport after a week.... Welcome idea... Then I will give it a shot... thanks bro... |
bighead1: I LOVE THE WAY YOU MEDITATE IN MILLI-SECONDS... Seems we have a Physicist in the house... Nna.. Na speed of light ooo ... |
ferdimako: U don throway ur ninja passport?... He don expire ni since 2008 ... and the wahala to get the new one can be too much... so, if I can get visa enter naija... na straight process once I land Abeokuta... |
luvly3: Oga siga pls shed more light on this new pathway to PR... Thanks... The Canadian Experience Class and other new initiatives to Provincial / Skilled Worker class... Options dey wella.... Plus the fact that you can work in any field after your program is awesome.... |
