....U need to realise that processing is solely based on the rep handling individual cases....some are faster than the other....some may overlook some errors on files, overlook some supporting docs or criterials...while some are pure winch...look for errors to capitalise on....U can imagine a case where some people were issued visas without asking them to pay a dime in tuition nor accomodation....so, I will base it on Reps....

Guys....no sweat...I had a chat with Stephen Harper this morning....I tell am to give all those guys wey dey work for CDHC in Naija pay raise immediately...so, all man dey happy there now....dem go start issuing visas straight up.... una no need thank me...na service to humanity...

A Bulgarian politician today survived an extraordinary assassination attempt when a man stormed the stage and held a gun to his head as he was giving a speech.

Fortunately for Ahmed Dogan, leader of the Movement for Rights and Freedoms, the weapon misfired giving him time to react and hit the would-be assassins hand out of the way.

Before he can attempt a second shot the unidentified suspect is tackled to the ground by security guards and delegates attending the conference in Sofia.

Television footage showed the man jumping out of the audience and interrupting a speech by 58-year-old Dogan, who has led the party for almost a quarter of a century.

In a split second, he raises the gun to Mr Dogan's head but it appeared to misfire.

The politician then knocked the gun away and fell to the floor as he attempted to flee.

Security guards and delegates rushed onto the stage where they wrestled the attacker to the ground.

1. I want to apply for a canadian student visa together with my spouse as a dependant from their embassy in the UK, how long does it take, and do I stand a chance, considering I am applying together with my spouse?
2. I intend using my Nigeria bank account with a balance of N4.5M and a UK account balance of £12000. Is it tenable, considering I am applying from the UK, and I am using a Nigerian account? And is it neccessary that there should be transaction in the account or they interested in the closing balance?
3. Is it the embassy that do asked students to pay school fees after submission or the school? In other words, am I required to pay part of the school fees before applying?

Prof Siga, Fhemmy, mercillous and other gurus, please kindly help to do justices to my questions.

1. It takes 9weeks in UK (London) http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/temp/students.asp#europe ... as per if u stand a chance? I will have to ask what your spouse does now, work or study? WOuld be better if u go alone on this then later bring him on a visitors visa.... but, again u can include him on this application as well...its ur call

2. Both Nigeria and UK accounts would be nice to use together.... u need a nice activity on ur accts...closing balance means alot, but 6months activities means the most...thats what matters most....so, ensure u have serious transactions going on in those accts

3. U may decide to pay half or full at anytime.... but if u didnt pay the tuition, the embassy will advise u once ur visa is ready to be issued.

...By his grace, they have to be in class....heaven dey fall? ... its only when its extreme that they may halt classes...one year it got to -52c...so, business and schools were closed....or if there is a snow storm....those are the conditions..... u go dress warm ni...thats why alot of those natives and whites drinkin alot of shepe and paraga.... lol ....and ladies stay close to their men or go find man...

I may be wrong, but ur application is still filled up...no action yet...CDHC still get boat load of applications they are dealing with from last year....I doubt if they have even opened any 2013 application....but u know wat...start to dey pray wella...u never know...a rep might pick ur application up thinking its 2012 and realised it after the fact that its 2013...and may just decide to give u visa....na that one we dey call divine intervention....but outside that...nna...na long thing
