Now neteller said I have to wait for 30day, if the money Is not received by the receiver then it will be returned to me.

Now This guy want me to refund him.

oga tabbaz this guy requested i send him neteller, he later paid in the money into my account. it was not up to 5mins before heaven and man i immmediately initiated a transfer to him, then he told me he is yet to receive the fund. i later checked properly and discovered the transaction on pending status, and neteller said he have accept it from his own end, or i will have to wait to 30 days then the money will be refund back to my account.
