Politics › Re: Breaking! Justice Salauwa Sets Aside Abang's Ruling That Gave INEC Order To Publ by SillyMods: 3:11pm On Nov 23, 2016 |
Without being a lawyer or a judge, one can clearly see that this is another case of miscarriage of justice.
Justice Salauwa held that Abang was wrong not to have heard from Jegede but we all know that Jegede was not a respondent in the case Abang delivered judgment on, just that Jegede was affected by the judgment. So, how could Abang have allowed a party that was not part of original suit to appeal his judgment?
Salauwa has been bought and I am very sure it won't be long before what happened behind our back is revealed by SR.
I expect Oke to win this election. He will be closely followed by Aketi and Jegede will come 3rd. |

bosunolu: Justice Saulawa competes highlighting all 7 issues raised by Olanipekun. Justice Saulawa says he agrees that court below made a grievous error when it replaced Jegede with Ibrahim. Justice Saulawa says replacing Jegede with Ibrahim without hearing Jegede was breach of fair hearing. Justice Saulawa natural justice requires parties are heard b4 judgment. Justice Saulawa resolves issue 1 in favour of Jegede. Justice Saulawa moves to issue 2. It's obvious Justice Salauwa has been bought. How could Abang have listened to Jegede who was not part of respondents to the original case brought by Poroye? |

In fact it is more deadly now compared to Jonathan's time because then we know what we are against as a result of the constant media reportage. You're free to pitch your tent with any faction but it makes you look childish and petty to believe PMB will allow any of his ministers use state's security agencies to advance their sinister motive. I haven't seen any indication of that possibility since he came to power. |

Maleeq: I have a problem with the lawyers representing and advising her.
1. You aren't listed on the board of the companies being investigated. 2. Your BVN isn't listed on the said account(s) 3. You have an ATM to withdraw from a corporate account and you claim that is enough proof you own the account and monies there in? 4. You made yourself complacent in the investigation by yourself, then you scream witch hunt? 5. You've not been able to prove the source of the said monies (into a corporate account not listed as yours o)
And the lawyers still find the grounds to stand as counsel to such person. In a sane society, they would have self blacklisted themselves from the bar. To many Nigerian lawyers, monetary gain tops any other consideration. It's an opportunity for them to get their own share of the loot. That the case is not winnable is not a problem to them. |

The only losers are you guys who managed to tarnish whatever hopes you guys could muster in less than 18 months and make Buhari the MOST HATED CIVILIAN president in Nigeria's history.
By the way, abeg where is Tinubu? You should be more concerned about him, before he takes rat poison in London out of frustration. Maybe that time Remi would be begging Dino to impregnate her!
And I'll ask you the same question as I asked NgeneUkwenu, which APC faction are you in? Tinubu, Saraki, or Buhari faction.

Politics › Re: Would You Like GEJ To Return As President? Saharareporters Shares Poll Result by SillyMods: 1:05pm On Nov 22, 2016 |
LordAdam: 12 million people voted for GEJ in 2015. None of those 12 million people regret voting for GEJ.
However, of the 15 million people who voted for Buhari. More than 8 million regret voting for Buhari.
So, if we have a repeat of 2015 in 2019, and we have the same credible elections as in 2015, GEJ will decimate Buhari. I'd be surprised if Buhari gets up to 5 million votes. The 5 million will include people like you who hate GEJ for corruption but cannot explain how Buhari squandered N11 trillion naira in less than 18 months with nothing to show for it. And is planning on borrowing abother N12 trillion without an economic plan.
NO PRESIDENT IN NIGERIA has used that much money with nothing to show for it. Buhari is MORE CORRUPT than OBJ, Yaradua, and GEJ combined.
However, I know there will be no credible elections in 2019. The only solace I get is that the people who voted for Buhari are worse hit by the recession and in 2019 when many of them would want another presidential candidate because of Tinubu. Tinubu would be holidaying in London (like he is currently), while they're killed, locked up, and decimated.
APC will win Ondo State. Buhari will rule until 2023. GEJ is enjoying himself. I'd prefer he contests in 2023 when Buhari is done with Nigeria and giving his new found enemy Tinubu the Awolowo or MKO treatment.
At least then, even the most vocal Anti-GEJ proponents who are Tinubu people would have lost their voice because they're hunted like dogs. GEJ should tarry a little longer and let the camp of his enemies go up in flames completely, and then he can ride to victory on the ashes of their remains.
-Lord Which 12 million? You mean plus "the result written under special circumstances" (apologies to the Rivers' prof) Just convince the IB to try his luck please. Then you'd realize he can't get 5 million votes. All the rest gibberish is just the imagination of a loser. |
