Qmerit:He is indeed greater than Ojukwu, Dilector Kanu, Azikwe and all the Obis put together. In fact, we dash dem Fayose. ![]() |
Useless people aplenty in PDP. It would have been a travesty of justice for the Appeal Court to give judgment in a case which the court's jurisdiction has been challenged in a superior court (the supreme court). What was Jegede doing since June 29th that Sheriff's faction got a favorable judgment from the High Court as the bonafide Executive to nominate candidate in Ondo election? Why wait till October to appeal to be joined as an interested party? Clearly, Jegede was wrongly advised and one would have thought that himself being a lawyer would know how to handle a case as this. And it's crass ignorance for anyone to want to associate APC/PMB with this tussle which is purely PDP's internal affairs. INEC/Judiciary cannot be sentimental because PDP is a major party to trample on our Justice system. Such impunity belonged in the past. Not now. I recall that APC could not participate in a senatorial election in Kogi sometimes in August or Sept (?) due to a court ruling. The PDP candidate beat other smaller parties and no one cried foul. If you saw nothing wrong in that and are now wailing over this, check yourself into a hospital. |
Nigeria politics needs complete overhauling to prevent fair weather politicking. Defection and re-alignment should not be this easy and simple. Democracy is not working for us! Time we abandon that over-hyped system of governance! |
Ladoja falls hands. Let him be arrested and tried for his crime against Oyo state. |

buJu234:Ok. |
SamuelAnyawu:You missed him. Not "we". |
hotice01:Mister, are you in any doubt this is common with all these politicians and their supporters? Were those murdered in previous election violence killed by fist blows? The truth is, all the parties, especially the main ones, engage in this act one way or the other. So, stop taking paracetamol for their headache. |
SamuelAnyawu:Perhaps he thought he could use the shady means to make Jegede remain the candidate. |
He knew the punishment for the offence and he was prepared for it. Goodbye to him. |
OZAOEKPE: awa:Obviously you don't know a thing about impact of party ideology. We know PDP's ideology is "to steal and let others steal". Tell me any other party with such wicked mindset. |

awa:APC will win Ondo. Even if Oke wins it, I'll take it. As long as it's not the Poverty Development Party. |
DamiBukola:Frustration!!!!!! No go kill yasef ooo. ![]() |
Finally, something different from cutting ponmo and such frivolities. |
Better for him to proceed to Supreme Court. It would have been a travesty of justice for the Appeal Court to give judgment in a case which the court's jurisdiction has been challenged in a superior court (the supreme court). Bujumbura:Sign of frustration. How does this relate to the post? Lalasticlala fp pls. |
Too many fake news especially by the perpetual wailing zombies just to discredit PMB. Unfortunately there are so many gullible people to buy their trash. PDP will go to any length to cause trouble in Ondo so as to prevent having the election take place in a peaceful atmosphere knowing that its preferred candidate has been outsmarted by Ibrahim who cannot win the election. Ionsman, I saw your reaction to that fake news and I just had to smh. |
ceeethru:What has the court/judiciary done wrong in this case? Fyi, Appeal Court cannot hear a case that has already been taken to Supreme Court for determination of jurisdiction of the same Appeal court. So, it's a sound decision for,the Appeal court to reserve judgement pending Supreme Court's verdict. |
Only insane and gullible people believed that story in the first place anyway. |
This is definition of rule of law. The Appeal Court can't go ahead to decide a case in which, the Appeal Court's jurisdiction has been challenged in a superior court. That election is already fixed for 26th doesn't mean the law must be jettisoned for PDP. Just like a judge said last week, PDP is causing problem in the polity. Era of impunity by PDP is gone. |
OZAOEKPE:How exactly? This is definition of rule of law. The Appeal Court can't go ahead to decide a case in which, the Appeal Court's jurisdiction has been challenged in a superior court. That election is already fixed for 26th doesn't mean the law must be jettisoned for PDP. Just like a judge said last week, PDP is causing problem in the polity. Era of impunity by PDP is gone. |
Useless Senate. Useless senators. |
kcnwaigbo:I can feel your pain. Sowieee! |
malel1:Which weapons? ![]() I suppose GEJ was the one who bought every piece of weapons in Nigerian Army's arsenal. ![]() The IB was fooled by Dasuki, Alex Based and others. They became billionaires because of his docility. ![]() |
kcnwaigbo:And to your delight! Right? Swerve boy. |
kcnwaigbo:You can as well create a topic for that. Face this one squarely. |
The truth is always bitter especially to losers! Had GEJ tackled Boko Haram as he should have, perhaps he would still be president today. Continue to abuse VPYO, it doesn't change the fact known even to a mad man on the street. |
Ajimobi is a complete failure. Imagine wanting World Bank to do more whereas he hasn't done nothing as a governor to move the state forward. |
No one needs a soothsayer to know that that guy is mentally unstable. Hope Jimi Agbaje will help him get the help he needs fast. |
Show off! |
