Hello Medics in the house, please I have a little problem.

I'm young and slim, but each time I dare to take exercises, such as running(not jogging), I tend to get this sharp break on my breathing system, it would then be as though I've been running for ages.
.
Worse even, whenever I dare play football, I haven't played for more then 10 mins, I would start breathing heavily, It would seem my heart want to pull out, I won't be able to stand or sit, so I lie on the floor breathing with my mouth wide open.

Long story, I hope you so far have gotten my point, what exactly is wrong with me? Is it normal?
