Good Afternoon Mummies in the house. When is the best time to start making baby's hair?
My daughter will be three months next week and her hair is full and is it true that it must be trimmed at the edges first. Thanks

Good Evening Mamas, Congrats to all Mothers that have birth there los. We will celebrate with others soon in Jesus name.
Those of us that have crawling Babies should please be watchful of them at all times and God will also be with them.
A neighbour lost her seven months old baby today when the child crawled and landed with his head in a bucket of water. Before the mother could notice, the child had drowned. An healthy handsome boy gone so soon.
God will be with us and our families at all times.

Mummyife, blessedmum, sugah and other mamas thanks for the love kiss kiss .I don miss una o.It has not been easy jare.Congrats to my wonderful mamas that have dropped dia LOs.Britneystacy congrats dear and other mamas.Sorry I can't read back because I no get strenght. Abeg sabi mamas muna help me here o,bc am a bit confused. I went for antenatal today and I started contracting seriously o.The Dr sent me to labour ward again, another VE was carried out again but this time twas painful o.Dr said I was 2cm dilated, fear grip me o.He asked me to go home so I called MIL, she was just shouting don't come back we will bring ur tins for u.Other women there were like I should go home so that I can have space to exercise well and that if they admit me today and I don't dilate fast na c/s dem go do or induce me.I get call dem say I no stay again. As I reach house I see some slippery stuff on my pant MIL say na mucus plug.I decided to climb the stairs as my usual exercise na,i tried few steps but couldn't move my legs again.Wen I pee finish na so I see blood for the tissue not much sha but na blood I sha see.My question now is that should I go to the hospital or wait for my water to break? Please don't tell me to time the contractions o bc even my Dr don tire to teach me grin I still dunno how it works. The contractions dey pain me but I can bear it.Abeg muna help me I no wan born for house o.Am so sorry for the long and boring post as I dont intend to post anything till I drop my birth alert grin .grin.I wish my teamies safe and swift delivery.
Congrats Sis, Your baby is on the way. Its so easy to time your contraction. All U need to do is to use your wrist watch to calculate the time interval between one contraction and the other to have an idea.
The moment u discover the interval is not more than 5-7 minutes, then u are close to delivery and should head to the hospital cos ur water might not break till baby is ready to come out. I pray You have a safe and smooth delivery.

My Birth Story:
According to first Scan, due date was Aug 23 cos I was not sure of lmp. Last scan done on the, 19th of August was August 25.
No sign on Aug 23 except for the normal Brackson hicks, by wednesday in the Evening, I went to the market with my husband, cooked and went to bed.
I woke up around 2.am cos I was having on and off contraction that didn't go away despite changing position and drinking water, I went to ease my self, when I got back , I saw clear mucus on the bed, I cleaned up and try to time it and discovered the contractions were 8 minutes apart, my husband was now like, let us go to the hospital, I told him its not yet time that he should go and sleep. I could not sleep again so I went to clean and arrange my kitchen and doing other stuffs till We left for the hospital around 5.30 am.
I told the nurse on duty what I was going through and she checked and said I was 3 cm and I got admitted, did all the neccesary test but instead of contraction to increase, it reduced to 4 in an hour. I walked around but it was like that till around 9 pm in the Evening.
We had concluded with the nurses that I will be induced the following morning when Doctors are around and I even told my husband to go home so I can prepare Myself mentality for the induction pain due to experience I had with my first Baby.
But God had a different plan for me, around 10 pm, I noticed I was contracting every 10 minutes, I monitored Myself till 11pm and then went to tell the nurse to check me which she did, She said I was 4cm and progressing. I said Thank God and went back to my Bed to pray, I then picked my Bible and went outside so as not to disturb others, I started walking around and praying in between contractions.
I vomitted around 00.45 am and then went to wake the nurse to check again and this time, I was 7 cm dilated and she transferred me to the labour ward.
I managed the pains all through by breathing through my mouth till I was fully dilated and I could not control the urge to push. I was almost pushing my Baby out with poo when the midwife gave me a slap not to push till I was moved to the delivery room, immediately I was positioned, I didn't wait to be instructed before pushing my Princess out at exactly 2.42 am on the 26th of August weighing 3.4kg without tear and the placenta came out immediately.
She swallowed fluid and was taken to the nursery for observation but was released some hours later that she is okay. I thank God for a smooth delivery without any form of intervention cos I have been praying to experience it.
My husband was so surprised when I called Him around, 3.30 am that I had delivered.
I pray for everyone that God will make the people on duty on Your day of delivery to favour U and work with U becos it helps a lot too. Despite the fact that no one was with me, they were the ones that moved my stuffs and help with all I needed till my husband arrived around 5am. Proudly Team August 2016.

Pls mamas in d house, I need ur help. Had watery stool then come pile. I'm 26wks and it has refused to go in. What do ido
Sorry Mama, I had same pile issue about three weeks ago, mine was even bleeding and was not given any drug at the hospital as I was told to do sitz bath till delivery. When I couldn't sit or go to work, I had to consult google and I discovered Aloe Vera gel and original coconut oil can be used for it. I Started applying it with cotton wool religiously, Within four days, it healed up and most of it went back inside by itself. You can give it a try. Also get effirin leaf and squeeze in water and drink it.

Good to hear from you. Sorry for the pains....July is gradually rounding up. We will be fine.
I hope your are drinking enough water to help soften your stools so as to reduce pains when stooling. Constipation is the last thing you should have when having piles. Remember to lie more on your left side too to encourage blood flow to the affected area. Its almost over Dear
Thanks a lot, I appreciate the show of love. I am so happy I have not had constipation since third trimester. It is the cough and sneezing I had recently that triggered it. I know it will end soon in Joy.

lucky you then. team august too and as at last week mine was 1.2kg and im even measuring 2weeks ahead, instead of edd 21st august. scan is giving me 8th august. baby is already big and im worried. my first weighed 3.7kg, this might just weigh ablve 4kg
Thanks, it means We are on point. I Was thinking with that weight, the Baby might not reach 2kg at delivery cos I have been watching what I eat. I weight 60kg initially and just added 5kg till date cos I dont want to struggle with weight loss after delivery.
