how do you effectively study anatomy.

there is no hard and fast rule to how you can effectively study anatomy, different stroke for different folks . . first it depends on your lecturers, I studied their teaching methods to know what they want, there is a lecturer in my school, even if you read the whole of keith moore you will fail his questions cos they are directly from last and he expects your answers to be from last. . also individual pace at learning, I can't read a course just once and sit for the exam, so I try to cover up the course outline on time so that I can read it again well before exams, I read the general overview of the course, learn the osteology very well for gross.muscles, innervation and blood supply I leave for towards exam cos they are a must in the exam questions so it will still be fresh in my head. . remember we do semester exams in mls and other BMS dept so if you are in med or Dentistry where you will write all in one paper it will be a different ball game.. The best way is to know your lecturers especially the senior ones that set exam questions and ask from your senior colleagues, they are in the best position to put you through..

Even those who are awardees already couldn't renew their scholarship, this is broad daylight Robert by some miscreants who intend to give out the scholarship funds probably to friends and family. . Following bumper 2 bumper.. can relate with the cadeavar room feeling, I was still perceiving formalin at night after my 1st dissection on upper limb. Thank God am done with anatomy for good, too many stuffs to learn , read keith moore, charusia, snell, inderbir sigh,gray's anatomy textbooks just for gross anatomy in first semester 200l when we just started anatomy lectures, settled for grey later after becoming grounded on how to effectively study anatomy . .repping Medlab uniben ..

biochemistry to French? Never seen such change of course before.. better tell your cousin to visit auditorium immediately because she won't be cleared for French with phy,Chemistry, bio. .

Did I just see GST registration 6k! ! amazing, during our time it was almost 15k.. Seems this SUG is truly working, they promised to review cost of GST registeration and true to their words they did.. and for those of you that have experienced what it feels like to be cleared, congrats, our clearance officer for BMS then now HOD was notorious for been the most annoying clearance officer. . He flings file like that is his calling, it got to a point other clearance officers was pleading with him to clear a girl crying like someone who just lost her parents after more than one week of been sent away for one reason or the other...
I think one of the criteria to be a clearance officer is been strict enough . lol

the last update from Divine said hostel application will be online this year, no more queuing at Stanbic ibtc and student affairs .It has not commenced and will be communicated in due time. For now only school fees payment has commenced..

yep two names across most documents from jamb, WAEC, pume, LGA identification etc

You can use just two names.. I have just two names in all my documents with uniben, had no issue with clearance or result for 2 yrs now.. It was only when we were filling a form that will be sent to Abuja for council registration in my dept that they required three names mandatory... you can't have conflict of names even if you are more than one person in the dept cos most times school work with ur mat no and you can't have same mat no..

I want to really appreciate what you are doing @ creativeweb, very few nigerians will divulge out this wonderful and insightful secrets for free.. my regret is that I didn't see this thread when election for various faculties was ongoing in my school, would have made cool cash then.. am a student in one of the Federal unis here in the south, I am a total novice when it comes to Web design, programming etc,.. would love to go into this bulksms but for now I will like to register under ur platform as a reseller and see how things turn out on resumption, maybe later I can think of starting my own portal . .. like how many units can I buy with you for a start and @what rate?..I think this is a perfect avenue to make some cash on campus

very possible as long as you don't have any issues such as name , date of birth etc.. since they started booking appointments after we fell down the gate during our time, physical clearance has become less stressful. .

size of document, not uploading all documents etc. . Just in case you can go back to the cafe if they detect any error in auditorium but that doesn't mean you can't do it in Lagos but use a good cafe if ure not doing it yourself

to be on a safer side do ur online clearance in uniben cos the guys over there in lagos might make a stupid mistake which u won't know until ure referred back to where u did ur online clearance from auditorium and by then you will have to go back to lagos. . It is safer to do it on campus, the guys over here have been in d business for a long time and know the nitty -gritty of uniben requirements..,

am not a fresher.. am not sure all banks have implemented OTP for online transaction, during my time,it was our normal atm pin that was used. .

And be smart, don't fall victim to scammers, especially this clearance period.... don't give your cash to anyone to make any payment for you. If you use your atm for payment of school fees and other online payment with those cyber cafe on campus remember to change ur pin after payment., a key logger can be installed on those systems which will record ur pin and ur account will be cleared later on. It has happened to others before so u can't be too careful. . best option is pay with ur phone, tab, or pc, and save the pdf. . You can print it later at any cyber cafe with usb. .

To all those admitted congrats, start bracing up for clearance.. If ure going to uniben to do ur online clearance, there are lots of fellowship on campus with their canopy stands that do it for free.. just look for anyone around or sometimes opposite maingate, they won't charge you and if you are invited to worship with them , it is not mandatory you must, it is just an invitation so you can save the 1k plus for other things. ,

what's the fee break down for nursing science

sorry I just saw this now.. fees for all dept across college of medical science is the same in terms of clearance and school fees .. don't know what the last yr acceptance fee was but my set 2013/2014 was 45k plus college Dev levy 20k (paid by all students from BMS, med, den freshers ).. then school fees for 100l which was 49,000. . Faculty and dept clearance is tthe only thing that differs but shouldn't cost more than 10k. .

well ma'am. uniben is one big little family. i actually dont have any one studying in that faculty(BMS). from my student kofa page, the fees was 14400 for nursing, even MED has same fees. thats a mistake, even my time their fees were higher.

To the person who was given mls and the girl that her dad is"legging" it to medlab, they are both on a long thing. I can state authoritatively that medlab will not have 100l this session in all schools not just uniben.. issues with NUC has not been resolved and those admitted by error will be relocated during clearance. It has happened with medicine some few yrs back when uniben lost accreditation for it but still admitted students. .

Generally most departments hardly produce more than two or three first class except for electrical engineering where they can be as much as 15 in one session!!!!

Painful incident I tell you.. ever since then no man born of woman has graduated with even 4.48 let alone 4.5 in ENL, but for the Enl newly admitted , don't be discouraged, records are meant to be broken.. you can be the second person the department is waiting for.

Bros the School hostel is not for Ajepako's alone, most people stay there because of it safety compared to Ekosodin, Osasogie and Bdpa. I left my brothers 6 months rent because of the sad and frightening stories I was hearing then, I even witnessed some myself......

,lol, very true. I have peeps who rent houses in bpda, ekosodin and osasogie but most times live with their friends on campus. . . Generally it is easier for a guy to adapt to school hostel than d ladies but the fun of living on campus is irreplaceable. All the events in hall 2 car park on daily basis

By the way let me introduce myself... am anonymous a 290 level med. Lab student, to those who are admitted already congrats and those still expecting theirs, just be calm, uniben is one of the best in terms of fairness of admission. If you had above 50 you are on a high probability of getting admitted even if u are not given ur choice course...
