@ Johnston Thanks so much. Pls help me with the link to IRCC. You got my mind I am referring to study permit application steps. johnstan: Congratulations on your admission.
I want to believe the next step you're referring to is your study permit application. If yes, then check IRCC for the minimum requirements, add whatever document you know will aid your application and go for it.
If you have any specific questions along the way you can ask for clarification.
Good luck. |

Thank God and special thanks to this wonderful thread and all contributors. I got a lot of knowledge here and we did it ourselves. I pray for all those waiting.
Cheers! |

quote author=giselle237 post=98294689] For All skilled work, u need to search for the job, find out how to submit ur application, apply for the job, get interviewed or selected, if selected; then the company sponsors you and gives u a COS. That’s how u can then proceed to apply for a visa. Without securing a job plus certificate of sponsorship, no moving forward on this route.[/quote] |

Thanks once again Frankrobbn1 . That is exactly what I did . I created account with my email. but I couldnt go further with Applied electrical motion and control management which I preferred. But I tried Applied energy management it was going through. I preferred Applied electrical motion and control management. Pls respond to my email let talk further pls Frankrobbn1: You're not getting it right. You need to apply through the international students portal, create an acocunt with your email address, then begin the application process.
It will end in praise. |

Hello my People,
SOS I have HND in Elect/Elect Engr. I wanted to go for PGD since I cant get master admission with HND. After deep search I didnt see any school in canada which has direct Elect/ Elect engr in PGD . I was advised here to look for related courses which I have done but my pain is they all still need minimum Bachelor degree to enrol for the PGD/C,
Does anybody know school which I can enrol to get PGD/C with my HND?
I wouldnt mind also to get a school where I can bridge my HND to get Bachelor.
I beg make una help me |

Thanks so much JustMellow JustMellow: Hello Simyowe,
To the best of my knowledge, you're likely to get (Fast-Track) Advanced Diploma program for Electrical Engineering course in colleges in lieu of a PGD/C.
If Fanshawe and ConestogaC don't have it, shift your focus to other closely related courses.
You can check Lambton College for their Graduate Certificate in:
Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning Quality Engineering Management Wireless Networking
These programs have co-op.
Best of Luck |

lentomac: Like you were being responded to you can only see branches of Elect-Elect related to your work experience e.g Mechatronics, Embedded Systems etc.
The thing is , most PG. Cert programs are specialized Hands-on experience graduate programs You can refer to the contents in the link below , take your time & do research on this Electrical Engineering related PG. Cert programs https://www.nairaland.com/5818588/canadian-student-visa-thread-part/91#90516887 Thanks so much. Pls also confirm that after PGC. I can enroll for Master program |

Thanks for your response which school in Canada can I apply for PGD in Electrical engineering? Pls help out Anon123: No it's not.. A diploma won't take you to a masters but a PGD can. |

mcobex: You can apply for PGD with your HND, but if you insist on starting undergraduate program then you need to ask the school/department where you will start from. They will have to review your transcripts to see which courses you taken already and how detailed it is compared to their own curriculum to know where to place you. Contact the school Thanks so much. I will rather go for the PGD. I want to apply for electrical engineering do you know any university in Canada that one can apply? I will appreciate your guide Secondly, I initially applied for masters thinking that I could go to master through the diploma that lead to Master but all the Canadian university said NO. My question is PGD not the same diploma that leads to Master |
