promotion is slow quite alright. But as of 2021 o! @ most you can't spend more than 5years on a level if there is no issue. Except if you are a senior marketer and you are not performing.

I think he's talking about First Bank Management Trainee Accelerated Program which requires an MBA with 6years experience and not the GT. He missed it

Zenith is 101 before conversion. After conversion 131k , confirmation after conversion is 117k and upfront of 178k. Then you move to EA after like 4years and you earn 175k and approximately 800k for upfront. Then you move to SEA where you earn 232k per month and upfront of 1,080,000. Then abo,Bo,am,Sam,DM,m, sm, AGM,DGM,gm, ed,MD.

When it comes to local banks, Stanbic pays the highest which is 350k (after 1 year confirmation though) for graduate trainee because one would get ABO straight.

But if you've Master's degree and get offer as a management trainee, First bank is the best paying bank follow by Ecobank because one would get AM and BO respectively.


Standard Chartered and Citi bank are in another league on their own as a foreign bank.
