It is the same that is occurring in Nigeria. An Ikwerre (Indigene) would sell land to you in port harcourt at a very high price, then other indigenes do not like the idea of you having their ancestral land. You as a person are not ready to sell it for a low price or give it up. Animosity starts in the heart of the indigenes. It gets to a breaking point the indigenes plan on how to get their land back.
