A fee of about £15-20m will get him. Add £35m for Fabinho and that's around £50-55m, the amount we'd have wasted on just one DM - Eric Dier. Regarding the Conte-Costa argument earlier on today, the underlying umbrage Chelshit fans now have towards Costa was not for the fact that he spilled the beans about his services not being required anymore via text. We all know the TRUTH. There's no big deal in a coach telling a player that he's no longer needed whether face to face or via text or via email, neither is it big deal for player to reveal it.

Last season when it's revealed that Schweinsteiger was not part of Mourinho's plans, United fans mostly didn't care or complained (no matter who revealed the great news), only his Bayern family wailed because he's their legend. Now when Costa revealed he's no longer wanted, Chelshit fans rejoiced that a fool who nearly ruined their title chase was finally leaving. There were not these talks of Costa being a terrorist and what have you, rather Conte was hailed. Some of the celebratory posts can been seen below rejoicing over the news.

And if no club wants to pay up because of this revelation, they should keep Costa and either place him on the reserves permanently or put him sometimes in the match day line-up but with no single hope of playing till the season ends. In matches that he's there, with victory assured, Conte can even remove Lukaku and replace him with Ake or even a goalkeeper to play 9 just to spite Costa whom must have warmed up 8 times hoping for a game time.

Remember Mourinho already gave Woodward his list since March, and by then Veratti had not issued this "I'm leaving" statement. So I don't think Mourinho is interested in him that's why I'm not even wasting my time hoping we get him.

You can't blame these goals majorly on Bakayoko or their DMs. The major blame should go to their style of play and somewhat to the coach.

This was what cost them against these teams you listed especially against Juventus. They're busy attacking Juve and forgot about their defence when Juventus countered them and picked holes in their defence. Monaco sicked defensively. It shows their inexperience.


Bakayoko is not your typical DM that shields the defense very well. He's attack minded just like his team-mates and hence why he has that flaw you noticed. Even Fabinho scored 9 goals whilst playing as a DM/RB for them. They're set up to attack.

But this is where Conte comes in, a man known for building his team around a strong defensive unit. I think Conte after watching Bakayoko in preseason will tell him what he requires from him. How he wants him to play and how he wants him to be more defensive minded seeing that he'll be playing in front of a back three. Bakayoko has got the strength and qualities to be a proper DM, he just needs guidance and few lessons. If Mourinho could convert Hererra to become defensively strong for us, Conte can weave his magic on Bakayoko too.

Anyway, if the reports are true then he's coming. You just have to wait to see what he'll offer before concluding.

If we negotiate well we can get him for 60mil. Lingard is among those that we use to fill up the English player quota. But if Dortmund demands for him during the negotiation assuming they place him on 80mil, then he'd be sold. Mhikitaryan and others can cover his sale.

My point is, you guys should at least let the guy play for the first-half of the season before you judge him. Pedro was poor in his first season and came good in the second season. Luiz was deservedly berated when Chelshit bought him after not being able to land Koulibaly, but look at the wonders he performed for you guys. Give the guy a chance first. He might surprise you.
