Hello house;

I was denied UK visit Visa last year cos they needed more info about my work, I applied back immediately with the infos and they gave me. Do I need to indicate that in my PR application or just write no that I have not been denied before. Kindly advise, thank you.

Hello seniors in the house, I need a clarification on this.

A friend of mine when filling his EE profile..,under the Immigration and Citizenship form he selected 'Yes' on both have You applied to IRCC before? and have you applied for EE before? But the EE number and UCI number he Inputed was for the current profile (he said he thought it was for the current application then) not the profile he had that expired in July. Now he received ITA and discovered he might have made a mistake. I told him just to correct it in the new form and give reasons later on about y he changed it Dat it's not a big deal.

He's now contemplating on declining the invitation and do the corrections and wait for another 2 weeks because he's in a comfortable score. What's ur take on this guys?

Yes, you will most likely get it before then. They acknowledged receipt on July 27th , my estimated date was 4th September and I got it on the 15th of August.

Hello guys, My WES estimated completion date for my BCS certificate is on Thurs 8th Oct, that would be a day after d draw. Any chance it can be sent to me before then. I really wanna get my ITA next month. Has anyone received his own before the estimated date?

Also try to reach them back and insist they send the certificate which would also cost another £5. About 2-3 people have been attended to and agreed to send their transcript and Certificate.

I guess some of the customer care representative aren't giving the same information.

First call lasted 1hr plus, d 2nd one about 45mins...The one that picked after I called back insisted that transcript is enough that the certificates ain't ready self, that if Wes asked for my certificate that i should notify them, she was sounding so confident. Maybe I will call again tomorrow morning and see if another person will pick.

For those that are evaluating their BCS, I applied for mine today and the lady debited me £5 for my transcript only. She said they ain't sending certificate to WES currently that all the details needed is in d transcript but a colleague of mine said he paid £10 today for both.

So has anybody paid for both to be evaluated or only the transcript is enough?

Hello house, please I want to register for this BCS exam. I have an IT background already so I believe I can pass it if I study on my own. My question is

1) Is it a must to register through a Centre (ie Compunet in this case) before u take the exam or can you do everything online and just walk in and take the exam.

2) Can I get all the materials for the 3 modules online after registering for membership, cos what I see there is only the syllabus & Past Questions and not the materials.

Pls I will appreciate if I am added to any BCS WhatsApp group 08038630349...Any opinions and guidance from those that have taken the exam or about to take is really needed. Thanks in advance

I filled the NTB form with zenith on Monday, I got debited that amount without an alert today which I noticed when I checked my acct online this evening, even the statement did not show it. I'm planning on going there tomorrow to enquire or is it how's done because this is my first time of buying NTB? Thanks house

Had to quit my new job after getting a much better one barely 2 weeks of resumption. So I have been to quite a few interviews, so I want to share some advice

Some of my advice are:

1)Apply Apply Apply: Try and always apply everyjob related to your discipline, cos u don't know the ones that will call u. Apply all graduate trainee jobs u see cos u don't know if they will consider u for training irrespective of your course.
2)Always Prepare: No matter how short the invite is always try & get ur hands on Gmat or study online. Browse well abt the firm also bf going for any interview. Pls do not cram for interviews, just let it flow.
3) Believe in yourself: When u come 4 interview, don't feel intimidated probably by others CV, their qualifications or schs they attended. Forget their Italian shoes, suits & phonetics they speak. what they are more interested in is what's in ur head.
4) Do not lie during Interview: Do not lie abt anything, tell them u don't know it & that u learn everyday and willing to learn this one. u might lie thinking they don't know cos they ignored u, believe me that's the end of it.
5) Be confident: People that know me personally will testify how shy I am. I used prayer to counter that, now I'm better. I always feel scared bf interviews but immediately I enter, I just feel a new me. Try & maintain eye contact regularly.
6) Always watch the reaction of your interviewers: When answering a question, u should know when they are buying it & when they have realized u are talking OP. Just know when to stop or switch what u are answering.
7)What Questions do u have for us?:This is usually the last question they ask & also the most important, trust me. Here they want to know how intelligent u are, Try & ask a very intelligent question. I remember My question was, " Since I have told u all my highs, experiences & what I can offer, u must have Identified my low pt & d mistakes I made which needed correction, I need ur advices so that it will help me in my future career probably with them or perhaps elsewhere". With the look on their faces I knew they appreciated that. After they answered that, one of them said see u & smiled.
Always pray and believe in God:[/i]Always pray & don't doubt God. it's not luck to get a job esp in the situation we are in this country, it's by God's grace. Didn't know anyone in any of the ones I got, but just check out now. By now last month, I wouldn't have envisaged in anyway where I'd be now. His time & plan is always the best. Just pray & believe.
