Smartsyn: hmmmm, I'll just go inside and sleep, the mother should go and do her job. |
Ibnsultan: waw the are still in maiduguri. The should in kaduna/jos military hospital receiving the best medical attention the needI doubt they are still in Maid...details still sketchy.. |

egbaguy: General siriusblack.......i knw in diz my 'nonsense',i am making some sense. The battle against BH can be won more by Intelligence gathering than by engaging faceless bastards in shoot out.Exactly my point...killing Bokos in hundreds won't do anything...we have to go tech-wise...hunt down sponsors, infiltrate the group with SSS spies, place plainclothed SSS operatives in villages, phone bugging, tracking, bribing BH commanders, inserting moles, and creating distrust within the insurgent leadership...BH foot soldiers are just a small part of the equation...the sponsors, financiers, sympathisers, recruiters, suppliers are what makes the group tick...destroy the link, they will collapse. |
egbaguy: General Siriusblack.......not taking anything away frm d NA. Lagos was bombed some weeks ago, kaduna was bombed today, jos has been bombed, bauchi, kano, jigawa, gombe etc. These bastards can choose anywhere they want to bomb. We only sit to hear the next attack. Has anyone been frm kano to lagos? How many road blocks do u see along d road? How do d army conduct dir search? All the trailers carrying cows and pepper, who knws watz beneath? This thread's only concern is the Army's military campaign...What you are talking about is more of DSS work..The army can't track down Terrorist sleeper cells in Kaduna, Lagos and Abuja...that is simply not the Army's job...The SSS has its duty..whether or not its doing that, that's for the SSS to decide..not the army. |
egbaguy: it doesnt take bh anything to bomb any part of nigeriaWRONG...a few years ago, Boko bandits were bombing locations across Maiduguri, Adamawa and Yobe every single day...there was hardly any sunday that a church was not attacked..Maiduguri was basically a boko stronghold...Now, things have changed..We are not where we want to be, but we are no longer where we once were.. |

LordMecuzy: @Sirus I can't see d pix u uploaded abt a bullet ridden balistic helmetcheck page 21 |
ObiOkpor: Your colleague in the NE(my brother) told me the jet was not crashed but was gunned down by NA cause the pilot crossed the boundary he was told not to,to avoid creating awareness of Army‘s invasion to bh camp.I'm sorry, I can't answer that question bro.. |
homerac7: .I never stated that the army "depends" on bloggers for acquisitions..pls don't misquote me. |
ObiOkpor: @ serius,u‘ve not answered my question about the crashed jet.tnk uWhich? |
Life in the Trenches: Frontlines of the North East.
|
homerac7: .Irresponsible? I don't think so...We all know how we got over-priced F7s..In a country like Nigeria, what you peeps don't know is that acquisitions is usually made straight from the MOD..I, see nothing wrong if security services get advice from knowledgeable individuals... |
@komekn 5 years into this conflict, no large scale acquisitions have taken place...just small bits and pieces here and there...bloggers on Beegeagle., have for several years analysed and made recommendations for acquisitions for the military...still, nothing substantial...let's hope this USD1bn will be properly utilized. |

Daily close shaves with death..Frontlines of the North East.
|
Jakumo: Mr. Femi if the military top brass has decided to describe the downed helicopter as victim of mechanical failure during a training mission, so as not to make public bad news that may demoralize other flight crews who get airborne in the theater of war, then there is no need for we armchair observers to scold the powers that be for their information management during a full-scale war. |

@Quid I have read with great amusement, your constant bashing of this thread...I know how you come here at 3:am to heap accusations on me..calling me a betrayer and all that... Let me tell you something...No amount of insults, abuse, and accusations will ever make me stop my work...you can come here, post photos of sulptures, and other stuff like you have done in the past, it just won't stop me..I will keep posting photos from the frontlines, relaying requests for equipment upgrades, and when we eventually get Shekau, I will break my no corpses policy and get exclusive photos to put here..I'm not going to argue with you over what you call classified or otherwise, Only if soldiers at the frontlines tell me to stop, that I will, and so far, I have peeps who keep pleading with me to also put their own photos online too..So you see, shout and scream from now till next year, I will keep posting...you can't stop me..This thread is not for me, or you, or for Gen.Minimah...this thread is a piece of history that 30 years from now, will be vey valuable...Since our journalists prefer to chase celebrities than get behind the camera and visit Maiduguri, I will make this thread my work...Only my death can stop this work...Our troops's stories have to be told...NLders, if I eventually pay the ultimate price, I have given instructions to a close friend, to reveal my identity...till then, this is my war..quid, this is the last message I will ever send you. God bless a Unified Nigeria. |
