The Pan African University is an initiative of the Heads of State and Government of the African Union. It is a Premier continental university network whose mission is to provide quality postgraduate education geared towards the achievement of a prosperous, integrated and peaceful Africa.

Young, qualified, talented and enterprising applicants from African countries and the African Diaspora are invited to apply to join Masters or PhD degree programmes at any of the following four PAU institutes listed below.

Candidates with potential, motivation and who desire to play transformative leadership roles as academics, professionals, industrialists, innovators and entrepreneurs are particularly encouraged to apply.

The four (4) PAU Institutes are:
1. Pan African University Institute for Basic Sciences, Technology and Innovation (PAUSTI) at Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT), Juja, Kenya.

2. Pan African University Institute for Life and Earth Sciences including Health and Agriculture (PAULESI) at the University of Ibadan (UI), Ibadan, Nigeria.

3. Pan African University Institute for Governance, Humanities and Social Sciences (PAUGHSS) at the University of Yaounde II, Soa, Cameroon.

4. Pan African University Institute for Water and Energy Sciences (including climate change) (PAUWES) at the University of Tlemcen, Algeria.

solo learn just touch the surface.

To avoid that, travel without AC and keep the windows open. Fresh air is way better than AC when you are traveling especially for long distances. Even if you travel for more than 10 hours, you will still feel fine with fresh air instead of AC.

Your average octa-core MTK devices have a set of 4 high performance cores and another set of 4 power saving cores that switches according to your current needs.

If you keep other variables (such as processor type, speed, RAM size, power supply etc) constant, an octa-core device will definitely perform better than a quad-core device since you have more room for better flexibility.

Chief, the 3K is not compulsory. It's for printing of your call-up letter online and other ICT-related issues that often outsourced by NYSC to contractors. Your call-up letter will still be sent to your school even if you don't make the 3K payment.

You don't need to make payment before you see your call-up number. If you are yet to make payment on the NYSC portal, you can view your call up number by clicking on the COURSE CORRECTION link which you will see once you login to your page.

Most Chinese phones original made there in China are not common brands you've heard of. If it sounds strange to you, it's mostly like Chinese made. But If you are not sure, you can always google-search the phones.

Yes mostly of their phones are in English, some sellers even go ahead to include "International" versions of some phones.

The best items to buy on AliExpress are those ones originally made by Chinese. For you can get very good quality Xiaomi phones but the Samsung phones you buy there might be terrible. Be careful of their laptops too.

When buying check the number of orders, if it's low u can try other stores.
