Quran (8:12) - "I will cast terror into the hearts of those who disbelieve. Therefore strike off their heads and strike off every fingertip of them" Can any Muslim kindly explain what this means? Honestly, I really would like to know. |
utenwuson:Thank you for being honest. I really need something cleared up as well. Does the Koran really encourage the killing of "infidels" and those who leave the faith? |
Sigh, even this...
|
Daraph:I'm from Delta actually
|
Daraph:Lol, I'm just trying to show you that no one is perfect, so don't criticise. |
Daraph:It's MADE (past tense) not MAKE (present tense). |
Additionally too, STOP trying to live a "fairytale love life" on social media. Don't buy flowers for your girl or give your guy a kiss because you want to post it on Instagram. Nobody cares how loved up you and your boo are! Prove that your gestures of love are genuine by making them private, just between the both of you. |
I don't mean to be a nay sayer but honestly speaking finding ALL the chibok girls after over 500 days is virtually impossible, except of course each of them had a tracking device. A majority of the women captured by ISIS were either sold, married off to different men or even killed. I doubt it will be any different with their copycats boko haram. Taking into consideration the fact that the suicide bombers after the chibok girls abduction were reportedly "young girls", I daresay, too much time has been wasted. |
www.nairaland.com/2505601/suicide-all-think-please You sound exactly like the guy in that thread, your manner of replying is very similar to his. |
The evil men do... |
searching4loove:It's hard being a fool, but don't make it harder for yourself. It's your kind that will be screaming "no job" yet look how you just disgraced yourself. You're looking for love? Keep being a fool, you sure as hell won't find it. |
I'm not being prejudiced, but I really fail to see how a religion can be called peaceful when it's members are notorious for nothing but violence. By their fruits you shall know them, right? Well, the fruits I'm seeing are certainly not appealing. I pity the moslems who constantly have to face the anger of those affected by their brothers actions. But then again, if you were on a pick-up truck with some irresponsible youths who kept throwing stones at pedestrians and had stones thrown back at the truck and you as well, would you keep standing on the truck? |
That's what happens when you flaunt too much. |
Reyginus:To each his own. I can't shake hands with a man who has attempted to use same hand to kill his own family with a gun. In your spare time you can Google "Operation Northwoods" and just mull over the war in Afghanistan after 9/11. |
Reyginus:That's the exact thing! The aim is not to prevent the attacks, it's to see that it blossoms so as to arouse public hatred for ISIS. Give a dog a bad name you may call it. Jihadi John was identified with just his voice and eyes, how? He was killed in a drone strike, how did they know his exact location? Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, the self declared leader of ISIS is so scared of using phones to communicate he passes messages from one minion to another. Assuming they knew the attacks were going to happen, they could have stopped it, but that would be counter productive. Remember Charlie Hebdo? Remember the publicity that came after it? Think about how big the news of this attack is going to be in the next few days and the public outcry to follow. Think of how quick the US and UK were to claim that the Russian plain that crashed in Egypt was a terrorist attack by ISIS. Now think of the war in Syria and Obama's sudden decision to have troops there. Is the picture getting clearer? |
Reyginus:I'm not concluding they're responsible, but the likelihood that they had a hand in this or at least knew that it was going to happen is very high. It's strange that despite all the spying the NSA has been doing on millions of people world over before and after the whole Edward Snowden saga, terrorist attacks are still happening. I doubt the Paris terrorists were communicating through tin cans with ropes at both ends. If they could spy on Angela Merkel and possibly other world leaders for months, what makes a group of young guys and possibly teenagers any difficult? |
PappyMason:Guy don't bother, they have no idea what you're talking about because they think the US is just a "knight in shining armor" ready to conquer evil. They don't know that the US itself creates the evil they claim to be fighting against. The CIA itself has committed and aided more acts of terrorism than any other terrorist group. |
Won't be surprised though if this is true. The Joint Chiefs of the US Military even planned to commit acts of terrorism on American soil during the JFK era code named "Operation Northwoods" which they would blame the Cubans for. The plan didn't materialize though after JFK got wind of it and shut it down. Funny thing is, this only came to public knowledge a few months before 9/11. The US can do ANYTHING to incite hatred against another nation or religion. Already someone has "claimed" he heard the gunmen shout "this is for Syria" before they opened fire at the Bataclan. |
Why is this on front page?? |
I really don't know what to say except the world is going bonkers |
LIES!! You realised that your fellow brothers didn't care much about your "red alert day" cuz they're too busy huzzling and so came the realization that rather than standing on a mountain you were practically standing knee deep in quick sand. Glad you came to your senses though. |
Wait oo. I thought today was your "red alert declare biafra day". Why are y'all online? Go out and march na! Smh. Y'all taking about freedom from oppression like you're the Jews in the Nazi era when in every state the Igbos dominate commerce practically, yet you're not satisfied. I'm not surprised though, selfishness and greed runs in the veins of a typical Igbo man. And by the way, Delta does not belong to the east, so you can keep your crummy hands of it. |
EVERY ONE KNOWS THE SOUTH EAST HAS THE HIGHEST ILLITERACY RATE IN SOUTHERN NIGERIA. THAT IS WHY THEY HAVE NEVER HAD A MINISTER OF EDUCATION FROM THEIR EROSION RAVAGED REGION.
