Unfortunately it's a fake, basically a clone of the original. A colleague of mine also purchased one with exactly the same features as you mentioned, a mixture of jellybean, Kitkat and lollipop features, I couldn't even tell what OS it was on. I'll advice you return it as soon as you can to the person who sold it to you.
