He did not create man to die or suffer.
Sin came and caused suffering and death.

Then God sent Jesus to bear the sins of the whole world and to also take back power from Death.

Before Jesus came, the wages of Sin was death but now the gift of God is eternal life.
Now we no longer suffer or die because of sins again.

And every other descendants up to the time of the Israelites had the Law of Moses to live by which was not easy.In fact no one could keep it.
Read the book of Romans first three chapters to avoid asking unnecessary questions on this as your answers are there.

Then

Jesus had to come to give another set of commandments that was easier to follow
Read Luke Chapter 6 and John Chapter 15 to see those commandments.

Whether Adam had freedom or not he would have still sinned according to you because he was flesh.

Adam being flesh means he could sin because the Flesh seeks the things of the flesh which lead to sin
But the Freedom made him sin.
If he was flesh, but he was not free to do anything in that garden, he won't have sinned
