I think this story is incomplete.
In as much as the rampaging herdsmen wouldn't need any explanation for their dastard act of onslaught that will certainly follow this, the CAUSE of this attack should be verified.

It's no news of the herdsmen causing trouble, getting on peoples nerves, and when you react, they will be the first to seek legal recognition by reporting to the authorities, and getting documentaries as proof for further reference.

The truth is that Nigerians have continued to undermine the herdsmen, excusing them to be illiterate, but in the real sense they're wise and conscious of all their deeds.

The community should just be ready to face the consequence of this action. Irrespective of military presence, they still hatch their plans.
They believe that every wrong done to them is a loan that must be paid back in the same coin, irrespective of time (it could take many years).

The Youths should better start re-enforcements, so as to at least put up a resistance to them when they stage a come back. This will result to minimal loss of vulnerable lives, and properties.
