ACs can be challenging, but as long as you prepare yourself towards it, then you give yourself a chance of success. Although nothing is set in stone, always try to measure up to competencies that the workplace requires. I wouldn't say ACs are 100% effective in getting the best candidates, cz everyone is different with varying strength based on certain areas 3 Likes |
