Consultant:very well said. |
depending on the child age infant toddlers, use baby soaps/creams/oil but if the child is past that age use mild soap and not heavily scented creams/lotions |
douching isnt good, it kills the good bacterias inside your vagina which makes your vagina more prone to vaginal infections and irritations. the vagina is very acidic and with this it natural cleans itself so by using douche it changes the balance inside there. just washing the outside of the vagina not the INSIDE with a mild soap and water is enough for miss jayjay. and if you have already existing vaginal infection and uses douche it sends everything up in there. in other words it worsen the condition. and it does absolutely nothing to treat anything ex. odor it only masks it and after the douching the odor will still be there and also for women/girls/ladies who douche after sex this doesn't work. if your intention is to prevent sperms from climbing up in there, guess what? you're sending them up in there in a fast elevator. using a douche after sex as a method of BC is a failed course. it has 80% failure rate. yea, you might feel good after douching but remember not everything that is good, or feel good is BENEFICIAL especially to your health. and because everyone out there is using/doing it doesnt make it better or more beneficial. |
smooooooth:excuses is what people make of their shortcomings. always very easy to lay the blame. |
smooooooth:no. looking for a decent woman doesnt mean you're one yourself. most useless men who when they think they're ready to get "married/settle down" they begin to look for a decent woman. |
are you a DECENT MAN? |

chukudibab:YES SIR! |

Is he looking for advise on tips for his virgin night or is he telling us how he's still a virgin or what? |
I know! i mean one thing most parents often tend neglect or prefer not to think about is that those people who commit those acts are more often than none are in the family circle, so i definitely agree on that and also on those children who are having self esteem issues i couldn't have agreed more. |
MC thats alot of super helpful infos you got there! bravo! thanks very much for sharing it |
i really hope y'all practice what you preach here. sometimes it's easier said than done |
how about informing the landlord/lady about the spontaneous loud noise? and like agathamari said they should make sure they're not loud themselves cox it could back fire on them. |
why should she take him back after all he did ![]() abeg woman better run for your dear life jare, who knows his next evil plan ![]() i believe you have been given a second chance to life again better dont mess it up the second time cox you might not be so lucky this time around. i hear no change in him/ he's probably coming back becos he's a broke ass and looking for who to latch on. better be careful |
i found quite pathetic that she had use the excuse of rape to elicit sympathy from people. truly pathetic. |
if the woman doesnt like pills and injections there many other types of contraception that she could use. remember tubal ligation is final and not a snap decision, inform her of her other options |
couple:she must have been in dire need of attention then if this true. poor thing |
i use 3teaspoons of jojoba oil/olive oil/coconut oil/canola oil, any one would work. then warm it in a microwave or in a hot water dont make it too hot. you wouldnt want to burn your scalps. some beauty stores do sell hot oil treatments you can equally buy it instead doing the mixing. anyone would work. then apply it to your hair, from end to root and gently massage your scalps. your hair has to be washed and dried i wrap mine with a plastic cap and let it sit for a about 15 to 30mintues then wash it off and style. you can get one of those little squeeze tubes they sell at stores to use in mixing/applying the oil. it's much easier and less messy with little tubes. make sure you apply thoroughly all over your hair. you can do the treatment once a wk or as you wish |
REVIEW: KIEHLS ULTRA FACIAL CREAM: PROS : I really like this cream. very moisturizing for my skin. not too heavy or less. just the right amount of moisture i need. CONS: the only step back with this cream is tat it has no SPF. so i used it as a night cream instead. though some might find it a little heavy for a night cream. the price is bit hefty for the tiny jar it comes in, so that might be a problem for some. RECOMMENDATION: yes i do recommend the cream. me liked it and it's very light and moisturizes very well https://www.kiehls.com/img/product/packshot/622_l.jpg |
yup, you should be doing those types protective styles. the protein treatment you buy in a store, currently am using the aphgoee protein treatment, you can buy it at sallys or some beauty stores and it works for me. the hot oil treatment you mix at home. the protein treatment strengthens your hair etc however, it's not to be use regularly. it could lead to hair damage. some people usually do it before getting a relaxer, but whenever you choose to do it not do it regularly.the hot oil moisturizers your hair and it helps with dry/damaged hair |
tall men in uniform like the police, marine, navy etc minus the nigerian police abeg |
@ chiogo methinks youre over processing your hair by relaxing it every month. it's too just stress on your hair. if you cant stretch your relaxer, by doing protective styles like braids, sew ins, buns etc then try and keep the relaxing down and get it done around 3-4months not every month. make sure you use a very good deep conditioner, and do hot oil treatments. and protein treatments maybe once a month/2months. but try as much as you can to stretch your relaxer. do more protective styles |
for me, there isnt any special thing the woman should be doing with her money other than using it to help with the family upkeep just as the husband is doing and save for the rainy day. |
