first dear change the title of your thread. THERE'S NOTHING ABNORMAL ABOUT IT. it's very normal, many women experience similar cyclical changes in their breast during mensuration, and it's caused by fluid/water retention/hormonal imbalance causing them to swell and makes your breasts very sensitive/tender to touch and sometimes your nipple will be erect. it should be back to normal size after your cycle

if bothers you much buy yourself a second bra for your periods

first find out why you drink too much soda, i mean the cause like do you it when you're angry, bored, happy or just like sugary things etc this will help you in curbing your addiction

trying drinking the smaller cans.

try drinking flavored water or juice

when you have the urge, think about the many bad side effects of soda

avoid buying sodas when you go to the store, dont near the soda lanes

i like many ppls signature, some make sense and some are funny and then some i dont understand

yes it possible and necessary that one learns/knows how to control their emotions and not let their emotions control cox then it will make him/her look like a wimp . DONT YOUR EMOTIONS CONTROL YOU

What? People bleach their private areas? I've heard about people bleaching their pubic hair but bleaching the skin there is news to me.

heard that before, i heard it's mostly porn stars(esp the darker ones ) who does that in order to attract more "willing" clients

you berra talk to her, ask her and find out her intents behind the use. do try and discourage her, a young girl using a bleaching cream at 14, needs some serious help. is she having problems with her self esteem? lack of attention?, this could explain why the early use. I'd suggest if she refuse to tell you anything, do tell your mom or some other adults who can talk sense into her. it's too early and quite unhealthy to be engaging in such habits at such a young age.

for me, it have purpose and no it's not a way to get at your hubby or anything as such at least not for me. cant speak for others

you go for a yearly checkups unless you're often sick. and do a self breast exam at home often. it helps big time.

but me thinks the best way to it is to stay healthy/exercise and eat right and lower your risks by talking to your doctor regularly and do ask him/her questions. the early the better

Very interesting indeed, seeing women who seem to have resigned themselves to the fact that their husbands play around.

These women indirectly saying to their husbands that its ok for them to have extra marital affairs so long as he doesn’t bring home STD’s or unwanted pregnancies.

One even said that men sleep around so they don’t turn their wives into sex machines Helllooooooo!

Problem is that the women eventually box themselves into a corner and then start complaining when things get out of hand. What happens when their husbands start banging their neighbours or younger members of the wives family?

What is wrong is wrong and there is no point glamorising or making excuses for something so obviously wrong.

Fidelity & trust is one of the most important foundations of marriage, and when that is missing or damaged, the marriage is a sham and the couple might as well just pack up and go their separate ways.

As for me I trust my husband totally not to cheat on me for whatever reason and I am not being naive by saying my husband and I totally understood the vows we took on our wedding day and that did not include me putting condoms in his bag.

similar topic has already b discussed here. i think in some cases daughters tend to run towards their dads becos more often the dads spoil them, if they want something the dads usually give without asking for long explanation and mostly nothing in return.  unlike some moms, they would like to get very details of how you plan to spend like e.g money they give you and would like you to do something in return for the favors

so basically some daughters tend to get their ways/wishes with their dads.
