I have no problem with Tinubu anymore. The joke is not on him, the joke is on Nigeria as a society. A society that lacks integrity and explains away questionable things is making itself look like a clownish society. Tinubu is not the problem, it is the society that made it acceptable to lack integrity that is. In a normal society, it is APC as a party that would have screened out Tinubu, not the courts, not FBI. APC would have looked at who had better qualifications and moral compass as a party. It's not everything that is court or has to be written in the constitution. Some things are moral but what do I know? A whole SAN reminded us that the law is not moral and that's one of the first lessons I learned in law. Education is not enough, you can be educated but not learned, you can go to school but not schooled, you can come from a home but not raised properly and you can claim a lot of things but never be able to tell truth. Yes, its registrar said the university could not authenticate the particular diploma/certificate that Tinubu submitted to INEC, because CSU did not have that particular document in its possession, CSU also explained that certificates can be produced by outside vendors and that it did not retain a copy of the specific certificate submitted to INEC.

Attached to the verifying affidavit in support of the summons were photocopies of INEC Form CF 001, filed by Mr. Bola Tinubu and affidavit titled "Affidavit in support of lost certificates sworn to by Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Today's Newspaper captioned "Tinubu in fraud sensation." The said affidavit of the applicant alleged amongst others that the affidavit in respect of lost certificate to by Mr. Bola d Tinubu contained false statement and false declaration made under oath in that;

(i) the deponent and declarant, Mr Bola Ahmed Tinubu (now Governor of Lagos State) did not attend Government College, Ibadan between 1965 and 1968 as claimed

(ii) Mr. Bola Ahmed Tinubu did not attend the University of Chicago between 1972 and 1976 as claimed

(iii) Mr. Bola Ahmed Tinubu did not obtain a B.Sc. degree in Economics from the University of Chicago as claimed

Reacting to the summons, the Respondents filed a counter affidavit and preliminary objection to the effect that, the honourable trial court lacked jurisdiction to hear the application since the applicant lacked locus standi. Secondly, that the application is contrary to S.380 (1) (a) (b) (c) of the 1999 Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria which relates to the Constitutional Immunity of the Governor from the relief sought by the applicant.

The learned trial Judge in his ruling upheld the preliminary objection of the defendants and dismissed the originating summons. The trial court held that to order the Defendants to investigate the allegation of crime against Mr. Ahmed Bola Tinubu will necessarily involve the taking of evidence from the Governor, taking of oath which means that he would be arrested and cautioned. Such investigation will offend against S.308 (1) (a) (b) (c) of the constitution. Dissatisfied the applicant appealed to the Court of Appeal while the defendants cross-appealed. The contention of the Appellant is that the investigation was not prohibited by S.308 of the Constitution but only a legal proceedings - are prohibited.

In their cross-appeal the Respondent argued that exhibits GF1, GF2 and GF3 being public documents were inadmissible not having been certified as true copies pursuant to S.97 of the Evidence Act. The cross-respondent (Appellant) filed a notice of preliminary objection to the cross-appellants' issues for determination alleging that issue, did not flow from the grounds of appeal and that issue 2 was not based on the ruling delivered by the learned trial Judge. The Court of Appeal overruled the preliminary objection on the ground that the Cross-appellants' issues were properly raised. Delivering judgement on the entire appeal.

The way they counted fake millions of vote is gaslight in. Gaslighting is the manipulation by psychological means of a person (or group) which causes them to doubt themselves, their capabilities or their sense of reality.

Can you now see the big picture on why Bola holds on to Wike? Lagos, Kano and Rivers are important states.
