I am seriously battling with heavy catarrh and serious cough. its making me so restless with headache and blocked nose. biko which drug is safe for me as I am 31 weeks today or any home remedy fat can stop it pls pls pls

Longest tym teamy. I agree wit MizMyColi, just tke para 4 the headache and i normally lick honey lyk 2 spoons 4 cough, works like a charm but dunno about cattarh, i will advice against any drugs, just use external remedies like decongester, robb or anyoda, it is well dear.

So Dh is traveling this morning for an official trip and we kpekus not so long ago, after the sweet kpekus as Dh was wiping, he saw blood and said "babe you're bleeding". I thought it was a joke o! I went to wipe too and saw blood. It's not much but it's enough to scare us both.

Though I'll go to the hospital this morning but Please o should I be worried?

I'm in my 32nd week and my next appointment is on the 29th of this month when I'll be 33weeks exactly

Sorry teamie just saw this, went 2 market since 8am. I hv neva experienced ds but am sure mamas wit experience hv answered u. I hv a feeling its nothing tho since blood supply to d uterus is more at ds stage but run 2 hospital asap 2 be sure, dts wat my midwife sed 2 do incase we see blood or water.

I am in my 33rd week and the Lord has been my strenght. I have never been this busy at work and God's grace have never failed me.

I always experience locking on my left leg which i have decided to ignore despite preggy massage and pain relief medications.
Everything else has been wonderful. My ANC visit is now fortnightly too.


I have started shopping for baby but haven't gone far at all. I have for baby wardrobe, baby bed and car seat. Wil make sure at least every week, i make reasonable progress in buying items as it looks like i am starting all over again. Had my last baby 5 years ago and i don't have any hands down . No elaborate shopping sha as this is my last, then boot hanging things by God's grace.

Libido has found its way to the atlantic ocean and i don't mind suggestions please on how to recover it at least. This pregnancy is so different from the others and unique in its own way.
The kicks from baby are now simultaneously felt around the jajaina and my ribs and it looks cramped in there already. Most times , i have to adjust to a suitable position.



Team January for supernatural delivery. I wish us God's grace in this last lap . Joyful mothers and healthy babies with rejoicing fathers in Jesus name. Amen.

Evening my dear teamies, hw una dey? For me, am not fyn o, this week has been crazy am currently in serious pain ryt now. Week 31, and just wen i started jubilating unto say remaining 8 weeks or more to go heat no gree me sleep, decided 2 hit d floor. As i woke up, gosh! see one excruciating pain on d ryt side of my belly button internally o. I tot it wud soon go away after taking para but it has lasted more dan i tot n lo keeps bouncing up and down on something there that sends me reeling in pain everytime, well sorry 4 d long story, i will see my gynae sha come friday as my anc is now fortnightly.

Una don wash and press baby's clothes? tried it and mehn i culdnt believe how tired i got after washing those tiny things wit severe leg cramp n backache. Unbelievable how one can be so used 2 washing d big things and 4get how equally as breathtaking these little ones can be. Maybe its just preggy tiredness

I was told l have an infection which he prescribed flagentyl/secnidazole tab 500mg 6 tabs at once
Augmenting for 10 days
Gynocare vaginal inserter for 6days
Mist pot for 10days
After then he prescribed the fllg
Perilon 2 tab 10mins before
Rocephin injection 1g daily for 7days
Pls I need interpretation on this

It all started with mild abdominal cramp then i started seeing brownish discharge later turned to small bleeding i went to the hospital and the doctor said its a case of threatened abortion i was 5weeks plus then, the doctor said its early to detect if there is any gestational sac but i was told to do a scan anyways and nothing was seen. I have to come back after 2weeks. I went back today that is supposed to be my 7th week plus aand no gestational sac was found. Yes i lost it

The sonographer said you have got a beautiful womb and i am sure you will get pregnant again soon and i replied with see you soon.

I asked the doctor what could have gone wrong, he said it just happens like that once in a while and i asked why my baby decided to leave me. I know God knows best, well i am still newly married.


I am not sad because i know i am still a 2017 mama in sha Allah. I lost it now but i am coming back in grand style.

So sorry sweetie, but is it not still too early? Why not check back at say 12 weeks, who knows. Dont be discouraged, u will testify as God will do giv u conception again. Meanwhile just keep an open mind to wateva situation occurs.

Gud efening my beautiful teammates, hw waddling? Shey una dey fine. Welecolom to third trimester once again. The joiney haff not been easy but we are moving to the promised land gradually.

Honestly, am i the only one that feels the weeks are just crawling? ah, lyk 24 days ago, i was 27 weeks, 13 days later am just 28 weeks.. Walai, i cant wait to offload n see my lo, na to sidon dey look now.

The hunger dese days no be for hia o but surprisingly tho am on d big side but i have only gained lyk 6kg since dis joiney strted. Backpain, heat and this enormous heavinesd down there, sha i thank God that lo is fyn n just hyperactive. Share ur experiences n ask questions were u wish.

Hello Sixx, it maybe actually your own pulse, to confirm it if is ur pulse, just feel ur pulse below ur ear where ur jawbow ends and touch where you feel the pulse in ur abdomen, if it is the same then it is ur pulse, if not maybe baby hiccups like other mamas have said.

What is the position of your LO?
when my LO was in footling breech position (feet down and head up), she used to kick my pelvis. it was a very uncomfortable thing and the pain used to feel like an electric shock (i almost jump up in shock whenever it happens). I talked to my dr and he said it's normal cos of her position. Now that she is in transverse lie, it has stopped.

Talk to ur dr at your next ANC, he should able to tell what position ur LO is in based on the position of his/her heartbeat.

But I think it's your LO just doing some acrobatics down there due to excess space

Mamas i have been having this wierd thing going on in my uterus close to my pelvis which i dont understand. Its like my uterus is having a heartbeat abi na pulse sef! I knw for sure its not baby's heartbeat because its slower and its not baby's kick because the timing is kind of regular, and i feel it evn when lo is not on that side. Its bin bothering me and i just hope all is well. Anyone experienced this? Pls help. Sabi mamas abeg
