@Sixx; In fact, I've been waiting for the thanksgiving bump gist! Way to go Bumpy!! I did a lil FTM bumps research too myself and lots of moms admit their bumps sprung out of thin air on the 19th week. Exciting. I can't fit to wait either.

My hustle to conceive had turned my sisters to terrorists and they keep threatening to embarrass me with baby goodies before, abi na at birth, who know for dem. @cappo sixx, I'm fine o.....not been easy managing alone with my toddler,she is a handful and hubby comes home late.I'm here most of the time but hardly comment..haven't started shopping hubby kips complaining of bad bizness....not checked gender yet.

So i n DH had our birthday thanksgiving this past sunday, it was well backed by God. Hmm remember i told u guys i wanted a tidy, noticeable bump 2 shame my haters in church, well,.. Didnt quite get my wish so i wore a nice short gown, con carry one ogbonge belt, join am very tight, below breast, hehe hee, belle shoot comot by force ai. Den only for me to notice d next day sey d bump, wey i bin dey look for, come begin come out, on its own, naturally..... Chai! Maka Chineke! Till 2day e jus dey shoot out non stop. Hmmm i guess God knows why! . Ttc is a bastard!

N am currently 19 weeks, 5 days 2day. Hope 2 scan 4 baby wellbeing n gender nxt week n am strting 2 shop asap. Pls strt too if u can, prices are going higher plus hoarding tins against december, dont fall a victim!

My first ANC was like that, but the next time I went, we had lecture o, they taught us on induction... Reasons for it, risks, types, conditions etc. Twas interesting, and we did exercise too unlike the 1st time

At my last 2 ANC, we have been doing interactive sessions. Asking questions, discussion 'pregnancy myths' and how true or false they are. There hasn't really been a lecture per se, the nurses have been trying to 'clear our doubts' and I've learnt a lot from it.

So U can go ahead and gate crash to satisfy ur curiosity or better still just wait for ur next class and see if there will be a difference.

I'm a FTM too.

Lol, public hospitals are, erm....I got an invitation to one of the top private hospitals here to attend their ANC! we were treated like Royalty but their fees.....Nah, I couldn't, so I carried myself back to our free of charge hospitals.

Cappo sixx, you can gatecrash and find out how they run things more, ask questions before making your decisions. Lectures especially for ftms are very important. It should be part of the hospital antenatal package.

Finally, our roll call. Scan at 8 weeks put my edd at 7/01, 14 weeks at 5/01, and 18 at 01/01. So am seriously hoping to port o. Anyways we are team blue to the glory of God and my surprise.
