I hope i have misunderstood you- are you saying that true democracy and equality will result in the break up of the country?
Not just any country but Nigeria yes!!!! Nigeria isnt ready for a true democracy and actual votes that count. Religion and ethnicity are apart of politics in every country and arent going anywhere for the next thousands of year. Realistically

rigging is the only way to keep Nigeria together because no one wants to face the truth in a free and fair election.

PDP is not the only rigger of election in Nigeria. ANPP, PPA and AC are all rigging too. Only an eediot will attribute rigging only to PDP
only an ode wont see that pdp is the only party rigging based on rotational trash.
PoliticsRe: National Unity - What Is A Federal Government? by sjeezy8: 12:31am On Dec 08, 2009
Nigeria cannot have a true federation right now, if so in about a couple of years Nigeria will be on FIRE. It will definately break up.
PoliticsRe: Support Igbo Presidency 2015 by sjeezy8: 12:20am On Dec 08, 2009
what dont you get? This is not about tribes only
in a free and fair election a yoruba muslim would most likely win, he might be killed but he would definately win.

take off your ethnic glasses for aminute and look at the bigger picture

free and fair election Abiola or the likes of
or other wise we will have rigging for every ethnic group(pdp). I dont care we'll be miserable in Nigeria together.
PoliticsRe: Support Igbo Presidency 2015 by sjeezy8: 12:15am On Dec 08, 2009
Lol its not about yoruba anything its the demographics of Nigeria

Awo failed because he didnt have the correct cards to play for the north- who other than yorubas would have voted for him? NO ONE

Olu falae is laughable and a joke in some sense- who other then yorubas would vote for him? If i were a serious person in a political party and wanted to win Nigeria i would never put him up.

Now Abiola didnt fail he WON- he didnt need easterners votes because the majority of them, didnt vote for him anyway
Abiola won in Akwa Ibom, Anambra, Benue, Borno, Cross River, Delta, Edo, Jigawa, Kaduna, Kano, Kwara, Lagos, Ogun, Ondo, Osun, Oyo, Plateau, Taraba, and Yobe states, and the Federal Capital Territory.

and yorubaish is funny because any sensible yoruba person wouldnt need to be yorubaish because he or she knows he is getting yoruba votes unless its two yoruba candidates for presidency.

Is Soludo contesting against a non Igbo? Guy, your logic is something else. You do not have any family in Abia. Stop patronizing yourself. Ok?
Whats your problem -Ive always said every ELDERLY woman in my family of blood isnt yoruba but married yorubamen so yorubas are all I know. In yorubaland we dont have have half this n that.

and Soludo knows the only way he can become president is through pdp rigging PERIOD. Its no big deal dont hate me, hate Nigeria im just telling you the truth cool

She returned to PDP after the election. Note that Igbos have learnt the tribal politics and it will take effect in 2015. Some of us will leave our locations abroad to inform our folks back home on how to play the game.
Your folks back home are already playing it "Soludo and PDP" so if you dont like it you can declare civil war, its no big deal.

I have igbo family in Abia, if they were to ever run for president they would NOT get a vote from sjeezy cause besides blood we dont relate in ANYTHING.

@sjeezy8

For your info. Ameachi's mother is yoruba.I was talking about western demographics as you stated and not whether he has hausa/fulani connection.

And you wonder why the country is messed up where a supposed sophisticated ethnic group is considering mundane things such as regional demographics intead of intellect to vote who will become their president.
I know he has a yoruba middle name rotimi but do i know if his mother is actually yoruba? NO
every country votes based on ethnicity its nothing new.

Nchara:
So there is no Igbo to vote for right? Interesting. Do you sincerely think there are more eligible Yoruba than Igbo to lead Nigeria?

FYI, Oluremi is Yoruba formerly married to Igbo and identifies with Igbos very well. She contested under either APGA or APP and not PDP. She was rigged out by Tinubu because of her leaning and the fact that anything that smells Igbo is antipathetic to Yoruba. Igbos are learning or have learnt and 2015 will be a lot different.
FYI she returned to PDP.

and dont be mad at me, be mad at Nigeria, if you dont like let it break up by civil war or something similar to becomriches plan. cause those are the options

Sjeazy8,

Are Yorubas more detribalized than Igbos? I am really at a loss here. Can you tell me any single Igbo man that a Yoruba have voted for in any election? Do you know why Oluremi Bakare-Adiukwu was rigged out by Tinubu/Fashola in the last Lagos election?
what igboman is there to vote for? honestly i cant recall any

Oluremi is laughable shes a yoruba or ibo lol (pdp) and who says fashola was rigged in?

asha 80:
Ok what makes you think Atiku is detribalized and can relate on the western demographics and Ameachi not detribalized and cannot relate on the western demographics like Atiku?
Family wise Atiku has wives that consists of yoruba, igbo and fulani-hausa. He is a muslim but has a christian family members. In politics he is known to patronise with yorubas and igbos. and Ameachi is not known for those charcteristics around Nigeria. not saying he isnt but the REST of Nigeria doesnt know.

@ post- an igbo man can be president but he would most likely be someone like Ike Omar Sanda Nwachukwu
Igbo father, fulani-hausa mother, married to a yoruba wife.

Let us leave the north out now.Are trying to confirm that yoruba christains are 100% biased at the thought of an igbo president?
What im saying is that yorubas are fairly moderate and keep all religions in mind, holding them equally. With that being said about 40-50%yorubas are muslims. So voting for any southerner cause hes a christian, is not on the mind of many yoruba christians (which im one), most yoruba christians are looking to vote for whatever moderate candidate there is that relates to them, religion aside.

Im not going to vote for a candidate because hes a christian southerner. If you give me amaechi and Atiku, Im going to vote for atiku he is detribalized and can relate to Western demography on many levels.

Nchara:
From hindsight, it has also gotten to the point where people from SS/SE will also not vote for others. We voted for Abiola, ObJ, Yaradua and even Awo (An Igbo man was Awo's VP then). Since you require specific number of votes from every region to be able to lead in a free and fair election, such outcome means a stalemate which can cause the break up off the country.
its no stalemate cause most of the time the outcome will be a detribalized northerner such as atiku or a southerner (most likely from the west because they are most moderate in Nigeria) Obj or Abiola. or EDO and even middle belt

and yes Nigeria will break if people dont like the results of a free and fair election.

Please how did you come to the conclusion that Rotational presidency can only work if there is rigging?

How did you also know that Buhari will win every free and fair election? These are the sought of childish prejudices we have in this country. Buhari would have lost against OBJ in a free and fair election in 2003. And yes Buhari would have lost against Yar'adua in 2007 in a free and fair election. While the same can not be said of a Buhari vs Yar'adua contest in 2011, the fact is that in both 2003 and 2007 other candidates were considered more acceptable than Buhari. That was the general mood in the country.

You premise that only people from certain parts of the country can win an election in the country is not grounded in policy or party values but tribalistic and racist considerations and I think you should be ashamed of that.
They fit the dynamics of Nigeria plain and simple. Either people respect Nigerias dynamics or it breaks up.
and it can break up

Nchara:
Sjeazy8 is a political neophyte with weird thoughts. He does not know a jerk about politics in Nigeria. At best he is a closeted bigot.
who is closeted ? Ive said it time and time again PEOPLE OUTSIDE SS/SE WILL NOT VOTE FOR AN IGBOMAN IN A FREE AND FAIR ELECTION PERIOD, THEY ARE NOT READY TO VOTE FOR ONE.

plain and simple and this is not based on any malice, im just stating what the country really is.

Do you mind telling us how Fasola can win a free and fair election?

Do you not know that Tinubu rigged him in? Do you think it is only PDP that rigs election? How many Igbos do you think will vote for Fasola in 2015 in a free and fair election when they also want to rule then? Then you must be even more naive than I thought.
and who says fashola was rigged in any proof? please i would like to know and i said MAYBE.

Abagworo:
middlebelt are part of the northern hegemonists.from ibb to gowon to david mark to abdulsalami to saraki etc etc.infact they have ruled nigeria the most.2015 is for ijaw or igbo.it is only an ijaw or ibo that can deliver nigeria from darkness.all that is needed is a consensus candidate like a rivers or delta man.Chibuike Amaechi is my preffered candidate.
Chapelle.S:
Every sane Nigerian is calling for full implementation of the UWAIS report for credible elections but the man in power thinks otherwise. So when an Igbo man gets there,we know how fearless we are we will implement it.
I dont think you people realize that PDP is a sinking ship, after yaradua there will be NO ROTATION between tribes, regions or north and south. Everyone will line up with what candidate they relate to be it muslim christian hausa, igbo christian muslim or yoruba christain or muslim and etc

you people should check the dynamics of Nigeria. But if you want every region to be rigged or tribe to be rigged in, you will be disappointed come 2015 and Nigeria will just break up.

Free and fair election? How? Are you not seeing with your inner eye that sick Yar'Adua is not interested in free and fair elections?
Nigeria must explode without Igbo Presidency in 2015.It is about identity as part and parcel of the republic. An Igbo man will implement true federation, grant the Niger Delta their wish and develop Nigeria.
Im not against having an igbo man as president but that wont happen anytime soon unless hes rigged in PERIOD. Everyman for himself if you dont win, you dont win. Why should everyone step aside for an igbo man yoruba or hausa man?
PoliticsRe: Support Igbo Presidency 2015 by sjeezy8: 8:28pm On Dec 07, 2009
Igbo people are Hypocrites REALLY
It seems you people support PDP rigging, thuggery and forceful leadership as LONG AS ITS FOR AN IGBO PRESIDENT.

You people are too naive to think that the north, west or middle belt will support 40-60 years of no chance in having a of president from their region. In a free and fair election in Nigeria Buhari or Atiku would WIN, Saraki would win and maybe even Fashola would win.

thread is lame cause it says rigging elections for a president from each ethnic group is Ok

Nchara:
Sjeazy8,

Your arguments are always silly, or at best childish. Note that you are required to win a certain percentage from all regions before you can be a president. No one region can win even if all its members voted for their own, if other regions do not. Falae tried it in 1999 and it fell through woefully. In a free and fair election, it is difficult to say who will win or not, since by all indication the VP of most candidates will come from the other side of the country (that is, North and South versus South and North) to complement each other.
Im not even talkin about regions/tribes im talking about

you people want to rig elections so every ethnic group gets a president - which makes no sense
PoliticsRe: Support Igbo Presidency 2015 by sjeezy8: 8:09pm On Dec 07, 2009

This is unacceptable and not feasible. You are simply asking the nation to disunite.Nigeria will explode in 2015 if their is no Igbo presidency.Quote me.The militants have brought our leaders to their senses concerning the Niger Delta.A reconsideration of the membership of the Nigerian Federation by the Igbos in 2015 will be something else.
What if an igboman isnt voted for president in a free and fair election will it still explode?
PoliticsRe: Support Igbo Presidency 2015 by sjeezy8: 7:54pm On Dec 07, 2009
@post
Why the presidency based on tribe and such . . .? In Nigeria you people dont want Free and fair elections cause if so an igboman WILL NOT BE PRESIDENT ANY TIME SOON. I can vote for an igboman but he would

have to build mosques all over Igboland- invite atleast a million hausas-fulanis to live in the East.
have a yoruba mother or wife  and maybe have two wives.
be a muslim FROM BIRTH.
have a history showing of interest in other ethnic groups besides IGBO.
As govenor he would have to sponsor trips to mecca for FREE

find atleast 3 of these in an igboman and im sure you will get your president simple.
