I can do nothing but laugh at your frustration with Nigeria and the swamp area you call home. Nchara: There is no Nigeria without tribalism, deal with it or Bleep off. Will Yoruba willingly allow an Igbo to rule Nigeria? Igbos voted for Obasanjo and Abiola; will Yoruba vote for an Igbo, even in their dreams? Now it is getting to Igbo's turn to lead, they are talking about Fashola even after they led for 8 whopping years just recently.
I love Tpia, she is a realist unlike fantacists like baba pupa lol dis small boy to be honest no one needs Igbo votes in Nigeria in a free and fair election. As Abiola said so because you voted for obj you want a pat on the back, why didnt you people vote for Olu falae as yorubas did because we knew OBJ wasnt good. |
Politics › Re: Are You All Not Tribalists? by sjeezy8: 10:07pm On Dec 05, 2009 |
KnowAll: Tribal positioning is good for politics, it is one of the antecedents of politics. Politicians are not called political animals for nothing otherwise a more mundane term like political saints would have being a common and acceptable phrase in Politics. This is game not for the less discerning, provocative utterances and threat are some of the tools employed by politicians to test the water and weigh public opionion. So are the act of mis-quotation, ambuigity and statement withdrawal, are what counteracts the initial threatning stance.
A balance is required on how to use these 2 tools effectively without a total fall out. We saw it displayed this week, when JRC declared the SS region will seceede from the polity of Nigeria, only for MEND to dis-own and rubbish them saying they are only voices of cyber-space. The most important thing is the cat has being let out of the bag, and the message has being passed to those threatning the VP with a force resignation.
Those powers who ever they are had to succumb and admit that history is actually unfolding b4 their very eyes and the question or doubt of the VP becomeing the President is a fait accompli that is unshakeable any thought to the contrary will not only be mutinious but a flagrant declaration of open hostilities. I agree Nigeria isnt that much different from UK or US besides rigging, and that rigging is used to keep Nigeria as ONE, as its fairly new. Tribalism/Discrimination/prejudice is apart of life and politics, it'll never change. But it doesnt mean we shouldnt conduct ourselves accordingly. @I have even taken the initiative to ignore tribalistic threads lol thats why im rarely in the politics sections anymore. except today And tribalism/racism can be funny sometimes @tpia- you take things overboard to much, I must admit |

THE-AMAKA: do you not understand? i think he made his point clear. no one is denying that theyre in the east and that they are in great numbers, but he is saying they are also in the west. get it now? We know but our own is small small so we dont want any more kidnappers than the small issue in West. Please all tribes aside- If these people bring their family and co - to the West, the kidnappers will follow them to the West when there is no ONE left to kidnap in the EAST. its just common sense |

metal-gong: . . . Will you shut up your stinking bucceal cavity and stop wallowing in the ocean of imbecility!! Anumanu . . . . .The silly Yoruba press wont hesitate to report Kidnapping cases and other negative stories emanating from the east;conversely, they always prefer to turn a blind eye on all the JUJU rituals and kidnapping cases occuring in the South west. . .hmmm . . may be they dont find it profitable to report such Yoruba stories since it is already a norm in Oduduwa land. You fool even went further to expose your latent bigoted mind by trying to use the above article to wave aside the genocidal act committed against Ndigbo 40 yrs ago. Dont you have an atom of shame in you at all? By Chux Ohai, Published: Saturday, 5 Dec 2009 click to expand image se na yoruba name be dis ode! stay your as.s in the east and stop coming to the west when your trouble ! |

They should ask MASSOB BAKASSI BIAFRANS, igbo militants to stay there and fight. In the west we dont have nealry as many militant groups sooooo please igbo people, Im begging you stay in your area. dont bring your kidnapper sons and your old people who are kidnappers dream to lagos ohhhhh. Our own boys do 419 and fraud and i prefer to get duped by a yorubaguy than kidnapped and my head cut off by a igbo guy for not being able to come up with ransom money.
IM NOT A TRIBALIST BUT WHEN IT COMES TO THE SECURITY OF MY OWN FAMILY I WOULD RATHER YOUR FAMILY STAY IN EAST AND CONTINUE TO GET KIDNAPPED. Im tellin you anytime something bad happens in naija all tribes take refuge in ibadan, lagos and the west. |

Stop bringing them to Lagos mehn that one na rubbish. Leave you and your family there. We dont want any more problem in the west, you people have BIAFRA, MASSOB, BAKASSI militants who are there to help igbo, unless they are among the kindappers. So stay their and catch these kidnappers we dont want to overpopulate the West(mainly lagos) with old Igbo people who are a kidnappers dream. It should remain a problem in the East and stay there, until it is solved. Call Ojukwu and tell him to set up something to put an end to the rampant kidnapping.Crime has decreased in Lagos and we dont want any problems, SO STAY THERE |
